I suggest you file complaint under TELECOM CONSUMERS PROTECTION AND REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES REGULATIONS, 2007 with the NODAL OFFICER.
If the Nodal Officer does resolve the issue within 10 days than file appeal with APPELLATE AUTHORITY.

MTNL has the worst costumer care service and if this continues i will have to dissconnect myself from MTNL.Every person in MTNL doesnt know anything when asked and if certain problem arises they just wont help.MTNL IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY PLEASE DONT BUY ANY OF ITS SERVICE I AM NEGLECTINGMY DESICION

I have a billing complaint. I have tried contacting the mtnl officials but the e-mail stands cancelled. First of all my plan have been transferred from plan500 to plan 250 without any request for the bill dated 13/12/09, bill no 2047625*** and secondly there is a monthly service charge error.
