Dear Sir,
I have surrendered my landlind telephone no. 28490782 with MTNL, Gokuldham on 05.04.2008 and asked them to return my deposit amount Rs. 3000/- for the same.

Initially they told me that you will get directly at your home within month. But even after that I have not receive the same I wrote to helpdesk mtnl Mumbai requesting them to return my deposit amount and they have forwarded the no to contact for the same. I myself went to Gokuldham exchange and asked again to return my deposit amount immediately but they are not giving proper answers and finally they asked me to contact Goregaon telephone exchange for this again I wrote it to MTNL but no response.

I was confused and did not understand what to do. Scanned copy of application and receipt attached.



Kindly help me to get my deposite amount Rs. 3000/ with MTNL.

    From the Past one month, internet services on my MTNL Garuda is not working. I have made several complaints to there call centers, but no reply. The only reply I get is that the Server is having some problems.

    I have Garuda Mobile I was activate my mobile on[protected] in vidyarthi plan but till now it is not activate. I was call customer care they allways say server is not working and tell misbhiwave.
    what should i do? can you help me? regarding this complaint.
    i am not getting connected to the internet through my garuda no.24524393. Whenever I am contacting MTNL customer care number, I am getting the uniform reply that thereis some problem with the Server/ RF signal weak like that. As a customer i am entitled to know the reason for the complaint.

Because of this i am facing problem today i went to the sanchar hart district center new delhi. there no body is going to take the complaint of my. In the bills of the garuda also having problem after paying bill they are showing the pending amount. I dont understand what to do. If they can not manage the facility govt should withdraw his hands from this.

I am deposit the cash amount Rs. 300/- (three Hundred only) in your cash counter MTNL office of GM (East), Karol Bagh, New Delhi on 19/01/2010. But by mistake your Counter clerk deposit the my cash payment another wrong Mobile No[protected]wrong No.)

    I am using a garuda internet. my garuda internet no: 20477526. Now Garuda Internet speed is very slow for last two days.

    MTNL Garuda — Security Money not refunded by MTNL Since 28/3/2009

    I have submited request for termination of CDMA phone no#24992273 dated 28/03/2009 account no-[protected] Recpt no. 2SLS/00017446/09 at Hauzkhas delhi sanchar haat . but till date , I have not recieved any response . I have dailed 1502 for the complaint and the given the no.[protected] . I have tried many time to this no but no one is picking up the phone . please help me to get my secuty mony .
    sir irecharged my internet on 25th june since then it is not working i complaind on 1502 then comp to sanchar hatt sunder vihar then comp to low rf coverage section -compno.233678dtd30thjune2010 .andcompno.233791 dtd02july2010.but till date no one has responded .my mobile no.20365446. i want that mtnl authorities should look in to the comp. thanks

      dear sir



      i am mtnl dolphin mobile holder bearing no [protected], on 19.7.08 i requested for gsm facility at mtnl dolphin customer care i.e. [protected]. on 20.7.08 when i again enquire at help line at around 5.30 evening the postion no 42 informed me that gsm facility actitivated, immediately i enquired at my mobile, there was so such postion, i immediately told, he replied he told me hold the line for talking with his senior, after 5 min. he replied no senior is available my request has been sent, what funny service of mtnl help line. on 20.7.08 at 8.40 morning one call came to my mobile from no.23627494 asked me whether i booked for gsm facility i confirmed yes, i asked when it will be activated he told within evening sms through confirmation will come to me. at 6.30 evening again i rang to helpline position no 36 after holding 4 min. he replied he forwarded the request again.



      Sir it is my request to u, u please ask the mtnl is this a customer or a funny game with customer, a customer wants some paid facility but they are not in a position the reply the exact postion.

      Sub: Facing problem regarding unwanted calls from out of Delhi and getting
      Message from a pvt bank regarding credit card payment


      Dear Sir,
      I am customer of dolphin prepaid mobile service since past 2 years having two dolphin prepaid connection in my house. Recently, approximately two month before I purchased a new dolphin prepaid connection to the name of Mr. Manoj Kumar.

      Phone no. of new dolphin connection is [protected].
      While using this no. I am facing a lot of problems i.e, I am getting calls from Mumbai and Calcutta . The person who call me regularly, ask that we are speaking from bank of badodra n we want speak to Mr. Abhishek . Lot of time I told them that there is no Abhishek this is my number but they did not listen me.n again n again they call me.
      Almost 10 times in a day I m getting call from there. At the time when I call them, they just pick up receiver and did not speak anything.

      This is not the one problem that I am facing. There is another problem i.e, I am regularly receiving a message from Barclays bank. The message is:

      “ We have not received your last month payment of Rs. 164. of your credit card “

      I don’t know what is this is happening. I don’t have any account in Barclays bank and still I am getting this message and even I don’t have any relationship with Mumbai and Calcutta.
      I have complaint lot of time to the customer care services, but they did not took any satisfactory action on this matter.

      I am getting harresed by this regular unwanted calls and SMS
      Please take strict action against this subject matter as soon as possible.
      And I also want detailed information regarding this subject matter under RTI act.
      Send me the details in reasonable time otherwise I have to move to the consumer court.

      but they are not able to help me and said we can'nt do anything.

      Truly speeking MTNL customer care service is worst service of an goverment enterprises.

      I completely agree on the subject matter that MTNL customer care is one of the worst in the world. I simply wanted to know the balance in my prepaid card.. Had to try n no of times to helpline no. just to know if *444# was workable. I was totally blank, without my balance query answered, if I was carrying sufficient balance or needed re-charge. Even these small things do not get sorted out at times.

      Dear Sir,

      With reference to the above I would like to request your good self that I have a complaint against Dolphin service about the reflection of Rs.863/ as payable which is been reflected in my UBI Bank Statement which means it is paid.

      The following Points to be noted:
      1) That Rs.863/- has been paid before due date & shown to your Account's Executive MTNL Mazgaon Exchange mumbai along with the Bank A/c and the learned executive in front o[censored]s contacted at Bandra and Faxed him for this payment of Rs.863/-.

      2) After the above Proceedure has been done, several sms from your efficient Depatment came on my Dolphin Post paid Mobile no. [protected] and warned and informed me regarding making the above payment and threatening that if I not made the payment my service may be disconnected.

      3) On 9th March'2009, after getting sms, I had Phoned on No.1503 and given chq no., Date of Payment of Rs. 863/- by recieving complaint no. C[protected] Dated 9th march'2009 at 5:17pm.

      4) Now again I have recieved bill date 10th April'2009 reminding me of payment of Rs. 863/- which is been paid and shown to your efficient department.

      5) Further you show my track record of payment and decide yourself that how can I be defaulter of Rs.863/- and requesting to your department to be more efficient and clear the amount which is shown wrongly as Brought forward balance in your bill.

      I hope you will understand your customer's consideration and wish that you will soon trace the said amount of Rs.863/-.

      Am the Dolphin postpaid customer (Economy Plan) for past 5 years.

      With reference to above request I rang the Dolphin customer care, but he replied there is no such obligation to convert from post paid to prepaid. Sir, as I wanted to continue with thie same service provider in a prepaid form, I would like to know the procedure for the same (Post paid to Pre paid conversion).

      dolphin — unwanted sms

      despite of repeated complaints i m still receiving sms from[protected].there is no fed back from the dolphin executives plz guide me a way to deactivate this service . i m been charged daily re1/- per sms.my contact no is -[protected]
      sir i would like to have dialer tone faciity in my MTNL- Vidyarthi Plan No. [protected], for which i contacted at 626 many times. Bt every time they say that my request will be confrmed through sms. till today no confirmation sms has been received.

      kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

      With due respect I would like to submit the following complaints for your favourable action please. I am a mtnl dolphin 3G mobile holder bearing Sim No [protected]. On 05 Jun 2012, on receipt of sms from naukri.com for verification of my mobile number I had sent six sms to 5607055.However, atfer the sms was sucessfully to 5607055 Number I have received non delivery report from another Number i.e.5607055 to whom I had not not sent any sms. I had send sms again and agnain on 06 Jun 12 and also on 09 Jun 12 to the same number.But it was all invain. On 09 Jun 12 I had contacted with customer care of mtnl for the said purpose and do all the required action. Still sms to any seven digit number is not going from my mobile due to which I am not receiving any call from any employer to attend any interview. May I request you to help me in this regard please. Waiting to your reply anxiously. Thanking you.

      Not getting 2mbps speed after 12AM as promised

      Sir,
      I have not been getting 2mbps speed after 12 AM as promised by your combo plans. Despite mailing you several times, there has been neither no response nor any correction from your side. Please do the needful at the earliest.

      Broadband not working since 1 month and no attention given even after several follow ups.

      My internet connection is not working properly since last 2 months and no attention is being given. My complaint number is 7781 and it is my 5th complaint number each time it is closed without getting resolved.

        My broadband connection on 22099348 started on 16th may 08. It was 199 Plan in this Plan I used less than 400 mbs then I convert it to 799 Unlimited Broadband Plan and it started on 1st june 08. My broadband bill comes on 9th july and it was Rs. 5894. How it possible when i am using unlimited plan. My status is also not showing till my connection started. how I see my usage? I also called on 1500 &1504 they also say to not showing my status how they check my bill and status.

        Dear Sir,
        We have received the bill for Rs. 18455.00 against conection no. 26911226 and consumer no. [protected] for the period from 01.01.2009 to 31.01.2009. when we gone through the bill we came to know the other debit details charge desc. tri bank subscrbr Rs. 15924 for the same said period. which is unbeliveable because we are received the bills for last two years are between Rs 1500.00 to 2000.00.

        kindly rectify the bill and send us. so that we can make the payment before due date.

        Mtnl / 599 Unlimited Broadband — wrong billing

        My unlimited broadband 599 connection on 22357525 started on 1st aprail 09. I requisted for unlimit broadband 599 on 28 march 09 My broadband bill comes on 9th june and it was Rs. 2090. How it possible when i am using unlimited...
        My broadband connection no 25354905 which was started on 28th may 09. It was 599 Plan. My broadband bill came on 9th Aug. 09 and it was of Rs.1220. How it is possible when I am using unlimited plan. How I see my usage? I also called on 1504 they told me that the present bill is Rs. 605/- instead of Rs. 1220/-. In this regard it is requested that kindly send me the corrected bill so as to submit the same on time.

        MTNL/Broadband — Wrong Billing

        Hi Sir

        I am using Broadband services of MTNL. I have opted for 999 plan however I got a bill of 1899 plan. I complained in Chanakyapuri office
        2 weeks back. But nobody is taking care of it. Every time they say that they will look into the problem.
        Also they charged 1000 extra for installation which was as per scheme free as I had booked the broadband on 31st March.

        I also did confirmed from Sanchar Haat and Account officer. They also say that you are wrongly billed. But person at Chankyapuri office (Mr Prempal )
        keeps on saying that bill is correct and will look into the matter.

        Please look into the matter asap.

          Hi,
          I want to draw attention of all the people who are planning to get a broadband connection from MTNL. Guyz MTNL boasts of providing the cheapest Internet services, which is somewhat true, however; the quality of serices is extremely poor. Also the internet connection disonnects frequently and even on lodging thousands of complaints no one, NO ONE from a line man to an area Manager takes any action. I would suggest people to look for some other options which might seem costly, but as far as quality is concerned they are far far better options than MTNL.

          MTNL Servicces — Frequent disconnections and poor internet

          i have been using mtnl for around 20 years..but the line is dead most of time.So most of time i m filing compliants to get it working once its working the internet is never working properly.Instead of numerous complaints the mtnl people dont care to get it rite and send some person.Kindly provide me the way out from the same or disconnection is the only choice left with me.

            AKSH IPTV was installed at my home on[protected].But it worked hardly for 2 days.Thereafter I lodged complaints to AKSH IPTV & MTNL several times on phone and through email.The customer service provided by AKSH IPTV is very very poor. They do not give complaint numbers which is violation of TRAI guidelines. When you call at call centre they will ask your name and contact number but they do not bother to call back. Every time you have to remind them about the problem you are facing. I think I have called them more than 50 times.[B][U][COLOR="Red"]This is the poorest customer service I have seen in my entire life.[/COLOR][/U][/B]. I sent emails to their head office at Gurgaon but I think they don't have any regards to customers.The reason given to me was problem at Prabhadevi telephone exchange.But I have not received a written comnunication from MTNL/AKSH.I fails to understand when the infrastructure was not ready why they have go ahead with the project. MTNL is not able to fix the problem after so many days . This shows it's efficiency. This is the main reason MTNL is loosing it's market share in Mumbai.
            On[protected] I written email to MTNL's top boss that if the problem is not fixed I will escalate the matter to Department of Telecommunication.Then on 8-7-2008 AKSH's technician came to my home and fixed the problem. But from[protected] onwards IPTV is not working. Again I called several times at call centre to wake up AKSH. On[protected] their technician visited my home and assured me that problem will be solved in a couple of days.When I called at call centre today i.e.[protected] told me that the problem is solved. But IPTV is not functioning yet. As usual I had given my contact details but nobody called me and no technical help is provided.
            I lodged several complaints online, through emails and on telephone to MTNL and AKSH but I have not received a single written communications from them.

            MTNL AKSH IPTV — Poor customer service

            I activated MTNL's IPTV services provided by Aksh optifibre on 7/3/2009, the guy who came to install it was very rude and did not even care to explain how to use. Many services like Music on Deman, FM, A Tube, Chat, etc are not functional. I was told that Zee channels would be activated by 15/3/2009, but that was not to be. The connection is so bad that every 15 min, it gets lost and I have to start again. To add to my woes, the remote became disfunctional in some days! Inspite, of repeated complaints, the engineer was not sent to my house. Finally, I decided to de-activate the services on 1/4/2009. There is red tape there again. I advise others not to go for MTNL's IPTV services as they have the worst customer care service, though the prices are competitive, it is of no use as you cannot view TV most of the times. MTNL & AKSH need to get their act together soon !
            Boss if it is true let me know. I just gave a cheque and i dont want any trouble.

              Inspite of repeated complaints and call centres issuing numerous complaint nos(f312, f368 being 2) broadband is not connecting for well over 3 months and no one has turned up to attend the complaint . We have being paying bills regularly and that includes the broadband rentals as well. All calls to the departments (at least 80-100 )are fall into deaf ears and no one seems to be interested in doing anything to help if connected complaints are met with very casual and indifferent ' devil may care " reponse. there seems to be absolutely no escalation process. everytime a new number is given which invariably either doesnt work or is never picked up. nos being 25611100, 25686060, 25633376, 24361221, 24318706 Its extremely frustrating and disappointing to keep coming across such an attitude. Sooner than this company realises they shall have to shut shop as private operaters will surly walk away with their business without too much of an effort. Someone needs to kick really hard to wake up the incompetent and useless employees especially managers of MTNL from their blissful slumber. I am interested in getting my complaint resolved and have no clue what else I need to do.

                Please check my bill no. [protected]..I have paid my earlier bill five times of Rs.896 due to stupid online bill payment site. It does mentioned I have paid but doesnot show credit. You have earlier ignored my March bill in which I paid twice to the same problem but you never gave a credit.

                You guys want us to pay on time. I prefer online payment but with your useless online bill payment service I am facing a lot of problems. No wonder your private competitors take advantage of your incompetent service.

                I am now sick and tired of this. I am planning to lodge a formal complaint at customer grievance cell. I am enclosing my scanned telephone bill.

                Please let me know whats being done so i can take decision to scrap of this uselss MTNl service and take this matter with customer grievance cell. Never ever in your bill it says I am credit only that I have paid five times nothing else.

                mobile bill payment through IBPS website on 2nd June 09 . But my credit card has been charged twice with the same amount. I talked to MTNL customer care on 29th June to Mr Aniket (call center exe. ) who told me that MTNL has recieved amount Rs 1356 twice and remaining amount will be balance in my account and my total balance was in negative around rs 800, but now I got bill from MTNL saying they have received Rs 1356 only once. thus MTNL is refusing payment of Rs 1356 second time.
                Thus due to problem in internet I have paid Rs 1356 twice to MTNL mumbai using " http://ibps.mtnl.net.in/" website from Mumbai India Malad IP address : 172.20.41.240.166 on 2nd June 2009 . taround 6.05 pm and 6.12 pm and transaction id number are given below for two payment of Rs 1356 ;

                1) 14 digit transaction number for both the payment no - [protected]
                and contuned refrence number for the first transaction of Rs 1356 - is[protected]
                around 6.05 pm on 2nd June 2009 and the approval number was 035841

                I am having landline phone consumer no [protected]. I have been paying my bill by cash at counter.As it is said by MTNL at their variious ads to pay by credit card/ atm/ net banking etc etc I thought to try once throught my SBI Credit Card. I have learnt by wasting 1 hour twice that the so called service either does not exist or is kept idle by some miscreants in the MTNL network to benefit certain forces. The credit card payment mode takes you to ICICI page as if banks like SBI do not find value with MTNL.

                Luckily I have not incurred any loss due to this ill designed payment by credit card site of MTNL but it does make me to understand why private service providers like Reliance, TATA, Airtell etc are growing as the MTNL is inadvertantly helping them to grow due to their inefficient service.

                The MTNL does want us to pay on time and this time I prefered online payment but with MTNL useless online bill payment service its beyond imagination. No wonder MTNLs private competitors take advantage of thier incompetent service.

                Having spoken volumes by me and similar posts, I doubt if all these will be able to find any attention from MTNL officers.

                MTNL have stopped sending hard copies of Dolphin bills & in there Sanchar haat babu sitting on the computer always says there system is not working. This is great harassment to public/ In fact most of the time they give handwritten slips after scribbling the bill details etc, for making payments. This very difficult to keep record of small hand written slips. The staff is very arrogant & not prepare to listen to customers. In the absence of hard copy of bill, it is not possible to pay even via Easy bill also. I think MTNL has become bankrupt and they can;t afford the cosyt of bill even. Today I have gone to Dwarka, New Delhi ro pay my bill, the babu on the seat could not provide me the hand written slip/ duplicate bill, i came back empty handed.

                  I have chkd my internet usage and in http://register.bol.net.in it is showing the wrong usage as i have not used internet that much because it was not working properly. i had calld up at 1504 many time and got complaints registered many times one of the complaint num is 40800106, but no one there gives me a prompt response. my internet is not working properly since last 3-4 months and you people had shown that i have used internet in monthe of april and may as much as 584 MB in april and 550 MB in may when i even didn't had a computer, this is simply rediculous, i want them to correct it asap but they never reverted back to me. I even went to Accounts office of the laxmi nagar area and gave a written complaint for which I even had a receiving but even they had not got back to me.

                  I am Devendra Kumar a user of MTNL broadband service with Tel. No 22236125. I had given a application to shift my connection to new address for a week. But Mtnl not done anything till now.
                  I went to sanchar haat ( I.P Ext ) near my residence but no one given me any positive response.
                  i also call many time on 1500 but they say go to sanchar haat to solve the problem.
                  I am a office going person, i can't go to sanchar haat again and again.
                  Company will calculate this time period in my tel. bill, but i am not using the internet in this period.

                  What will I do .Please suggest me what should i do.
                  My dataOne was commissioned yesterday. I have an email account on vsnl.com I use Outlook and windows mail to handle mail. When I reconfigured the Outlook properties yesterday, I could read my incoming mail, but am not able to send mail. What do I do? The error message is: Service not available error: 0x800ccc0f. Please help.

                    I am using MTNL's broadband service since last 4.5 years. But since last 6 months my internet connection works slower than a dialup connection, doesnt works at all, have got the complaint registerede atleast 10 times on 1504, every time a new complaint number is given, but no actions are taken. Got the phone number of the persona responsible for my area, the person visited my place, wasnt aware much about internet troubleshooting except for pinging, if it pings their modem, the connection is working fine, what .
                    Have called him countless times to tell my problem, requested him to try changing the modem, he says the line could be faulty, sum1 will come to check, but no 1 comes. This is the last month that I am gonna wait for MTNL to do something.

                    I have been fade up requesting MTNL customer care to replace my current modem which was replaced for my first modem of Sterlite SAM300 AX. It is too slow and could not give me more than one connection at a time. I have three systems and they require connection consistently but I am not enjoying event one. I don’t understand what the policy of customer care MTNL has. Event calling and requesting again and again nothing happens. They just receive these calls and promise to see the problem today or tomorrow but nothing happens.

                    Every month I make payment on time for my connection and the modem I have but instead of profit I have lost so much due to this modem and the speed it provides. Even I can’t upload a file to my server due to speed and breaking connection. I have broken so many promises made to my clients just due to the service I am getting from MTNL.

                    I believe after writing here I will get some response of it.

                    I have an Broadband connection by My father Mr. Sunder Lal Ranakoti's name on 24648446 number,
                    from July 3 its being disconnecting 1000 times a day. Its basically not pinging the DNS and dsl light is keeps on blinking and there is noice on phone too.
                    I have complaint more then 25 times but no one care to come and see the issue for me.
                    Every day I logged a complaint and after that also its not working.
                    Phone noice complaint is still due from july 3.
                    NO ONE TAKES CARE. LAST YEAR I HAD SOME PROBLEM FOR MORE THEN 1 MONTH.

                    mtnl broadband complaint — Broadband Dead

                    I have a DELHI broadband connection on Tel no 24359500, . I have been complaining for the last 4 Months that my broadband connection is not working but i do'nt see any sucess in getting it fixed.

                    Sometimes the ADSL light keeps blinking at time its constant but the internet does'nt work. No action is taken on repeted calls to Broadband Area manager, Jor Bagh & GM braodband. . The only action taken by the MTNL staff is to change the status of the compliant ticket to fixed (every 3 days) even when no one has visited my home to check if it is still not working.

                    Kindly fix this ASAP.

                    One of the worst services.
                    I am using MTNL's broadband service since last 2 years. But since last 6 months my internet connection works slower than a dialup connection, doesnt works at all, have got the complaint registerede atleast 10 times on 1504, every time a new complaint number is given, but no actions are taken. Got the phone number of the persona responsible for my area, the person visited my place, wasnt aware much about internet troubleshooting except for pinging, if it pings their modem, the connection is working fine, what .
                    Have called him countless times to tell my problem, requested him to try changing the modem, he says the line could be faulty, sum1 will come to check, but no 1 comes. This is the last month that I am gonna wait for MTNL to do something
                    i have got a mtnl broadband connection in my name, i booked a unlimited plan in my name and these guys have given me a limited plan, and send me a bill of Rs. 46, 210, in mtnl unlimited plan is for 1299, and when i contacted these guys not getting any resolution frm them.

                    its really pathetic, should i go to my office, r to mtnl on a daily basis to get it shorted.

                    I have a MTNL delhi tri band unlimited plan of Rs.599.00. My no is[protected].It is connected but download speed is too bad, i.e-average from torentZ - Up speed -4.5kb/s and Dn speed - 3.2kb/s maximum time . I complained on 197-not responded, 198-not responded, 1500-talking useless, 1504-is a call centreand they have no any tech.team to guide.In the local ofice they convinced me baseless procedure .I think it is a fake plan of MTNL even they doubled this plan to 526 from 256.This is very worst connection, please beware of it.
                    My no is 22485065, tri band unlimited @ 599, Delhi. My net speed is very poor, wt.for a long time to open a site.Who at all can help in this regard. There is no use of complain in MTNL.All are playing football, no way to find out any solution.

Nowdays boradband is the necessity of school and college going students. They have to search there needed themes by internet. I have done so many complaints to MTNL officials but in wain. On dated[protected] I have complained in written to Divisional Engineer, MTNL Janpath, Jeevan Tara Builiding. Divisional Engineer assured me to restore the telephone services from tommorrow i.e.[protected]. But they have not restored the telephone services yet now.                       I have been a loyal user of MTNL landline, broadband and now IP TV services, but i am saddened by the attention that my complaints are getting.

                      I need a VPN connection for doing some office work and since the connection is so bad and fails at regular intervals, this takes a heavy toll on my broadband and IP TV experience.

                        I am tired from last 2 months from the date of installation of my broadband I am not be able to see my a/c usage on my p.c. I had a talk with customer care which is very tough job to connect with mtnl customer care at 1504 however i call at night at 12.30 or 1.00am nigh then it has connect but not any response today one executive pick the phone and like he is sleeping he was not talk with me properly and not taken any response you can check out that executives duty I had a call on 12.40 A.M. at night
                        how I will be satisfy I dont know ??????????/
                        and I dont know where all the senior executive are sleeping ?????????????????????? of mtnl. why they are not taken any response against any complaint why always his customer care busy.

                        this is not good shine for a reputed company like mtnl .

                        i hav just got new connection(new phone+ trib net) on 22nd march .i had applied for TriB UL data-256 plan.but to my shock i got two mtnl bills on 2/4/2009 in just 10 days o[censored]sage.

                        We have received the bill for Rs. 8448.00 and Rs.506 against conection no. 26641692 and consumer no. [protected] for the period from 22.03.2009 to 31.04.2009. when we gone through the bill we came to know that the bill is made under the plan *TriB 250 Combo.i hav applied for TriB UL data-256 plan, at the time of filling my form.
                        now they(MTNL) said your plan has been changed to TriB UL data-256.from now on.what does it mean?
                        please look into the matter.

                          even though after same management for mtnl and mtnl garuda(cdma) there is a vast difference in services between the two. there is no one to attend garuda's complaint regarding internet service or billing services.
                          after several complaints in writting there neither any response nor any improvement from their side.
                          almost 20-25 days in a month the server is low.it shows a max speed of 230.4kbps but has never gone above 10-20kbps(even less than mtnl dial-up connection).

                          very bad service of mtnl - garuda cdma Internet connection



                          it shows a max speed of 230.4kbps but has never gone above 10-20kbps(even some time it is found only 0 bps).
                          its singals are also bad some time it shows only one signal some time two or some time zero.
                          I'am repenting after getting this garudas cdma connection what can I do now suggest me.
                          i have bookes 4 flights with Garuda on GA715 leaving Sydney on the 25JULY 2009.I Booked with
                          Benchmark travel at Travelscene Kogarah.I booked in the afternoon of the 24 februaryand one of the bookings was spelt wrong which was my fault.i informed the travel agent the next morning and when she rang Garuda was told i have to pay $155.00 dollars the change the namefrom Cathleen to Kathleen.

                          i felt i had to change to the correct name as i didn't want any bureacratic problems in Indonesia or leaving
                          Australia.

                          i feel it is very unfair that Garuda is charging so much for one letter change

                          It is 100% True, MTNL's Garud internet speed is extremely slow, it frequent disconnects and sometimes it does not work at all, even it is not working from last three days and when we contact customer care, it is either busy and do not respond or simply the server is down noboday is here, so it will take time.I would say that is is the worst service provier in INDIA.
                          What Can I say, After having all experience with Garuda's Internet, I would seriously say that it should be named as UGC, means Unexpected Garuda's Cut. I think they should be given a (B.Sc) Bad Service Certificate. Whenever U start working on Garuda's internet, u shall always be in fear of disconnecting any time or server down. Plz give the best service for internet to avoid criticisms.

                            Hi,

                            My name is Gurvinder Arora Residing Delhi at Laxmi Nagar. This mail is regarding complaint against MTNL. I applied internet connection on 2nd June without modem as costumer care told me either I can apply with or without modem so I applied with out modem. On 8th June line man called and told that he wants to install internet connection. When I told that modem is mine and he said that’s my responsibility so he won’t come for installation. Some how I manage to install. Since that day I am facing hell out of problem regarding my landline of internet connection. Firstly it never worked for 1 week and they disconnected my landline phone. No one came to either check my internet of landline connection. I complained and complained hundreds of times to MTNL. But reply everyone gave that’s my modem so they can’t help it. At last I told them if my problem will not be sought it out I’ll complaint to consumer forum. Then just for three days my landline and internet worked. My father went to complaint to Sanchar Haat to give written application but no one was ready to take it. Now since three days again my Phone is disconnected and when I complaint it gentlemen said he doesn’t know when lineman will come to check my landline.
                            Now I am tired and helpless complaining to MTNL again and again regarding my landline and internet connection. Please help me and please sought out this problem. I’ll thankful to you.

                            All mtnl connections of MTNL broadband are not working right now
                            Hi, I am facing a massive problem with internet speed. its a 512 kbps unlimited connection from MTNL. what i am geting most of the time is just 56/125/250 max. i have been complaining everyday scince last month but no improvement. it only improves when i change my internet users password.and stayes for 1/2 days like that and again it comes down to 56/ 150 etc. now i am suspecting about i am being hacked by someone who knew my password. i will go and complain to the consumer court if thing doen't improves at all. i want help and someone please help me

                                I had changed my plan from the existing 256 kbps unlimited to the 512 kbps unlimited. However the change has still not taken effect while your customer care people say it has been done and they do not have any idea what to do about this. I would like to inform you in advance i will not be paying for something i dont recieve. And if still nothing happens within the next 24 hours i would get some other service provider for the phone and internet.

                                I had changed my plan from the existing 256 kbps unlimited to the min 512 kbps plan of 649 Rs P.M, but still after 5 days with new plan and lodging a complaint with no.40900110, i am getting the speed of previous plan, while the customer care people say it has been done by there side. I am fade up with the irresponsible and inactive attitude of MTNL Delhi. I must say, they take there jobs as for granted.

                                I requested for a change of my braodband plan and the executive at 1500 said that my plan will be changed from 1 september ... but now neither they changed my plan and are saying that they don not have any request for any change in plan...Moreover the supervisor for 1500 picked up my call, listened my problm and hung up the phone, after which she started not pickin up my call.. Its seems the supervisor takes money for sleeping in the office..

                                  dear all mtnl customer pl read the complaints, 15 days before mtnl has annouced through adv. that they are launching i p tv, with a hope i booked it on line as well AS through 1500. after 5 days one call came to my cell that i have to keep 2 id at my residence and somebody will collect it, after that my landline phone i.e. 23360042 fall in coma(cable fault). after 18 days when i enquire about it to 1500, they told my order cancelled, i have contact area manager. what a funny service a customer booked his product and he does not have any message about cancellation. still i am waiting for the product and for this i booked again online.

                                  I personally think that IPTV service is a failure, being a consumer myself. In the last 5 months, there has been hardly a day when I did not face any problem. On lodging the complaint, IPTV people say everyhting is OK with IPTV its due to broadband problem and when MTNL is contacted they say everything is OK at their end its IPTV problem. I finally wrote to the head office but to no avail. My complaints have been closed without setting the problem right and I received a call from MTNL that your complaint has been closed as told by you, whereas I never said such a thing. Their representatives/babus have no ethics, no politeness, they talk as if they are providing these services for free. Their way of talking is very rude, they have no sense of responsibility and they are least concerned with consumer grievance, they are just concerned with closing the complaints received irrespective of whether they are actually addressed or not. I asked them to either address to my complaints or I do not want to continue with theri services, so they disconnected my telephone, broadband and IPTV connections. You can now think what sort of service they are providing.
                                  I personally think that IPTV service is a failure, being a consumer myself. In the last 5 months, there has been hardly a day when I did not face any problem. On lodging the complaint, IPTV people say everyhting is OK with IPTV its due to broadband problem and when MTNL is contacted they say everything is OK at their end its IPTV problem. I finally wrote to the head office but to no avail. My complaints have been closed without setting the problem right and I received a call from MTNL that your complaint has been closed as told by you, whereas I never said such a thing. Their representatives/babus have no ethics, no politeness, they talk as if they are providing these services for free. Their way of talking is very rude, they have no sense of responsibility and they are least concerned with consumer grievance, they are just concerned with closing the complaints received irrespective of whether they are actually addressed or not. I asked them to either address to my complaints or I do not want to continue with theri services, so they disconnected my telephone, broadband and IPTV connections. You can now think what sort of service they are providing.
                                  IPTV is absolutely a failure. The services provided is unsatisfactory and the response to the complaint is disgusting. My IPTV worked only for two days. Since last 14 days I have been requesting to IPTV to set right my problem but nothing came out apart from assurances. My complaint no. IPTV/2009/1/14/057 of 14th January, 2009 is of no use. Every time I am told that technician would visit and repair but nothing comes out. Every time a new person speaks on phone no. 26990009 and a new assurance. Moreover, they do not allow any senior person to speak with nor they give any contact no. or name of the senior officer with whom grievance can be discussed.

                                  I am totally fed up with repeated complaints but IPTV people are adamant on not resolving it. I dont think with this attitude they will establish themselves in this cometitive world.

                                  I am proceeding further for my disconnection request.

                                  I wish to mention here that I am a loyal customer of MTNL & inspite of so many service providers available in the market, we all are using your services. We are also using your Broadband internet connection & we are quite satisfied about them.

                                  But I am sorry to state here that since I installed your IP TV connection, our family is really going through very rough time. This service is very poor, awful & needs complete overhauling. For that last 4-5 months we are complaining about this on tel no.12699, but your service center has always been after having done some switch off/on service from our side, they made the complaint OK. Today, we know that this no. is not toll-free. This is really shocking to me. Because of this our unnecessary bill payment has gone up & MTNL is earning out of our suffering !!
                                  I hope my complaint will not be dumpped & proper remedial measures will sure be taken to pacify my grievance.

                                    i am a subscriber of delhi mtnl still 1 year thear is a problem on mtnl you just kept your mobile on your pocket there id no service at all calling problem and sending msg if you trying to send a msg i just send it today and the msg not recive the party or trying to make a call to some one many time i face the problem. i complaint against mtnl service to give the better services to the customer at least who is a long user of mtnl i give my mobile number to track it and try to solve my problem [protected]

                                    I am a senior citizen and MTNL (Navi Mumbai) landline as well broadband subscriber. My number is 27801495. I had 180 plan for the telephone and a Non Combo Broadband plan which was charged at Rs. 645/-
                                    Since the MTNL broadband was very disruptive for last many months, I had lodged repeated complaints but no improvement was seen.
                                    Since I was fade up with disruptive service and low speed of existing plan, on 07/09/2014 I requested online for the broadband plan change and opted for plan Xpress_UL_Combo_850, which promised data use up to 18 GB at 2Mbps speed.
                                    I was not positively intimated whether the broadband plan was changed or not and I never experienced 2Mbps speed.
                                    But since 11/09/2014, I started getting daily SMS in the middle of night on my mobile which says, "Your total usage Exceeds Fair Usage Limit (13.8GB)of your existing plan Xpress_UL_Combo_850 on 27801495. As per plan the download speed (1Mbps) has been rationally reduced for the rest of the current month.You may upgrade or apply for Data Top Up."
                                    Now the questions are
                                    1. When the selected plan promises 18GB at 2Mbps speed, the speed is reduced to 1Mbps after 13.8 GB.
                                    2 .Even if MTNL has reduced the speed after 13.8 GB, one e-mail on my registered email ID or one SMS was sufficient to intimate me the same. But since 11/092014 I am receiving the above mentioned SMS over and over again and that too in the middle of night anytime from 1 am to 5 am because of which my sleep is disturbed. This not only affects my daily work but after ten days of such ordeal it has started affecting my health.
                                    3. In the same SMS I am also reminded to change to Higher plan or get Top Up. Is it not a telemarketing tactic used by MTNL? Then why send SMS in the middle of night to disturb the customer?
                                    4.My mobile number is registered for DO NOT DISTURB. If I am troubled by daily midnight SMS from MTNL, I may have to resort to lodge a complaint under DND privilege against MTNL for bothering a senior citizen like me in the middle of night.
                                    Nothing was done about my email complaints and same unnecessary midnight SMS continued to be sent on mobile daily.
                                    Once again I complained via email on 19/09/2014 after which two personnel from MTNL rang me to whom I explained the situation and they agreed that these SMS are causing me harassment and one of them promised to take actions to stop them, Since nothing happened and I continued to get nightly SMS hence today morning I had again complained to them.
                                    For last ten days these nightly SMS are sent because of which my sleep is disturbed. Me being and elderly person, now this has become very harassing to me as sleep disturbance is not only causing me problems in my day work but have started adversely affecting my heath.
                                    I have all those nightly SMS saved in mobile. I want all SMS from MTNL to stop immediately
                                    Can I lodge a police complaint about this harassment?
                                    Kindly look in the matter earliest.

                                      hi i am amol from wadala my number is 24100588 i received a bill of 3433.00 for the month of may, i am having internet connection for more than 6 months but i have never received a bill for more than 700, i am having a combo plan which cost 500 rs per month, with 400 mb free on internet connection, my net usage is to low and i am surprised to see a bill of such amount, even i have done complaint to the wadala telephone exchange but i am not getting proper feedback .and most important thing is that i can register to mtnl bill view site its giving an message that my CA NUMBER is not matching with my telephone number i am surprised for this because i dont know for whose ca number i am paying the bill for many years, ca number is unique number and bill generates on this bases, its a big issue and want all of your support,

On one occasion, with protracted correspondence, I received a reply. Thereafter I observed the receipt of normal bills as per usage.                                       I had pending bills for 4 months, of which the total was Rs.2944. After this my services were taken off, and due to some financial problems I couldn't pay it till March.                                       On 4th March 2011, I paid all these 4 bills and the next day all my services were started.

                                      Today I received the bill of amount Rs.2944 which comprises of 4 months altogether. And this is from 1st December 2010 to 31st March 2011.

                                      My concern is when I paid my previous bill of Rs.2944 on 4th March 2011, why does my current bill includes billing for Jan & Feb 2011 when my services started in March itself. Why would I pay for January and February when I did not use MTNL services? All services started in the month of March 2011, so I should only pay for 2 months, March and April 2011. Why there is no transparency in MTNL Bills?

                                      And other concern is why do MTNL sends bill for 3-4 months altogether? Why don't they do it monthly? It would be easier for the customer itself to pay monthly amount compared to these big amounts of 4 months.

                                      I would request MTNL to look into this matter, and do the needful as required.
