i m the customer of mtnl {ph.24523904} facing problem in internet .
i m not getting proper service from this . i had taken this connection for net use only in 23'rd nov 07 but from that day i m not getting the server & speed which they had told me {140kbps}.I m getting speed never more than 20kbps.I had complaned several times and always c.c is saying that after 24hrs, after 15days and many oter things regarding this & my complain no is

Internet — New internet connection

I have applied for new internet connection, thru agent on[protected].
the proposal appplication No.[protected] and payment thru SBI check NO.530546 dated[protected].
till date i have not received any communication from company regarding connection.
i request to attend it immediately.

Internet Connection — delay of connection

we given a request on 19nd of September 2011, our registered ticket no:3265906. for new 10mbps internet connection. they told us it going to to be connection on or before 12 October 2011. we facing a big problem due to internet, our children's eduction are depended on internet. nobody call why delay giving the connection, who is the responsible person in your organization or else you fellows do like this only, do you responsible or not.
