[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — Refund of Payment

I am a landline user of mtnl, my no. is 27871573 CA no. is [protected]. I have done double payment for my bill no. [protected] of Rs. 1107 of october month, 1st online payment and second in cash they accepte both amount in favour of the same bill. Please refund my amount of online transaction to my credit card . Payment done on 11th december 2008.

Dear Sir,

Our broadband (phone#[protected] is not working for about past 6 months. In between it was OK for about 15 days but again it stopped working. There is a regular follow up from your call centre on phone ...only and assured it will be done within 24 Hrs, but we wonder after how many months or years will those 24 Hrs come.

Despite many complaints nobody gas bothered to come over and check the problem. We are unnecessarily paying for the service which we are not provided with so same same should be refunded to us for the period it is unused due to the fault and restore the broadband urgently .

Please look into the matter on priority.
