sir my telephone no. 27581916 my broadband conction working not properly speed not properly

i have applied for a new internet connection on 22 sept this year.
Document collector asked me for Rs 500 as initials, he gave me a slip regarding this.But after some days lineman refused to install the connection due to poor signal, now i want my money back .i made lots of calls to the concerned authorities but it didn't cause any effect on them.How could i get my money back?please suggest me.

i have a mtnl connection which i am using from 2007 and when my plan was limited- 500mb download at Rs 300 my speed was 140 mbps-200mbps and now when i changed my plan to unlimited for downloading thing they costed me Rs600 and now my speed is 23kbps for downloading
sir please help as i need 200kbps as that which was my earlier

I m having a MNTL Broadband Connection and since when I bought your broadband connection I m getting only 28kbps download speed & i m having a unlimited 599 Combo Plan and there written that user will get download speed minimun: 250kbps . So please fix my problem as soon as fast & Possible.

It is a luck for many of the MTNL broadband user that they get 200-250kbps bandwith...
if some1 usingthe plan 256kbps unlimited 599 combo
then he should be getting maximum of 30kbps...
but i dnt know how people are getting so much bandwidth...i know no friend of mine who is geting 30kbps.all are enjoying 200kbps -250kbps (even if they live in my neighbor ) paying the same amount that i pay but am getting only 30kbps...and thats so unfair of MTNL..
Either every1 should get that speed or non...bcoz we all pay the same and desrve the same...

this problem is more than a year old and have not been corrected till now...

I am y`r customer facing a huge problem in internet connection from last five to six month. After number of complaints, no one take interest even than Area Manager, or G.M. Office. It is full of harassment to customer. My No. is 22510616 pl. take the necessary steps other wise given un support letter.

We have MTNL (599) PLAN.The downloading speed is very poor.it's around ( 10-15 )kbps.
And all the above users are suffering because of this ( mtnl -599 unlimited plan).
By providing FREE DOWNLOADING you people have REDUCED the speed.
so that users like us suffers.
it's very poor of you that MTNL is doing such kind of nasty things to make it's user go mad.
MTNL on which people can bank upon without any doubt, if will do like this then where can we go and ask for HELP.

dear sirs: my broadband connection is not working for the last several days . this problem occurs whenever the weather is bad.in this country govt .companies do not bother to give rebate for the days service has not been provided. nothing can be done about this as the 'babus' consider themselves above law. .they are not answerable to common citizens. but they will crawl in front of their higher 'babus', leaders, etc.

i am having MTNL broadband connection & using mtnl trib Unlimited combo plan with a speed of 256kbps, for about 3 to 4 month i got speed around 230 to 220 KB/s but now my speed have reduced to about 25 to 30KB/s form past few months.i have complained many times on 1503 but the problem is not resolved yet,

i therfore request you to please look into the matter & fix the issue as soon as possible & provide us the promise speed, my landline no is[protected]
