hello sir mam i am your customer i heared that u r making your plans in feature @ very low prices i have my cyber cafe in delhi this is not good new for me i dont think so in feature people can use cyber cafe.

mtnl and internet connection — bill is not according to the plan
respected sir,This is to inform you that my current internet plan is 250 tricombo(limited).but the bill is exceeding according to the plan.it is around Rs 900-1100.we have complaint this several times on 1500 and 1504 both..but they hardly responds to our complaint.now we want either our billing of internet connection becomes proper or disconnect our internet and phone both...
An early action in this matter will be highly appreciable.

i am your customer. i have paid twice he charges of Initial charges for DSL C. i had taken this new connection on 15 Jan 2009 but my modem was not working properly then i talked some MTNL fellows they told me to took Wi-Fi modem and written application to change my modem. one day one person came and changed my modem normal to wi-fi, even though i had already paid the charges of Rs 300 of normal modem and in this month April again they charged modem Rs 300. when i went to Bhika ji cama place they told me to talk to Kidwai bhavan. so, is it reasonable to charge twice charges for modem.

I totally agree with these complaints, MTNL the worst service providers, totally Govt.service attitude towards customer, they promise speed of 256kbps downloading speed and we get maximum 28kbps downloading speed, even a turtle moves faster than this.and no other brand provide internet service in my area, the day they willthe moment i will kick off this bloody slow and harassing service of MTNL.
i just hate MTNL and the people work there, just eating for free.lazy

This with regard to Broadband connection of internet (mtnl) vide Phone nO.22434431,
Installation as per the plan 599/-combo unlimited, but billing is 743/- how come donot
understand seconly about the modem is not wi-fi still charges has been charged Rs.75/-
instead of Rs.50/-
Pls look into the matter and resolve the same at the ealiest.

RS. 599/- BROADBAND CHARGES AND NOT SUPPLY OF DETAIL
I have convert my broadband connection for unlimited plan Rs.599/ from last two months even than I am receiving bill for Rs.[protected] to[protected] Free metered calls 82. It shows a harassment to the new consumer and MTNL DELHI department is not educating the persons which plan is useful.
Pl look into the matter and adjust my payment for Rs.599/- P.M. unlimited plan.
