sir, My internet has not working for the past 3 weeks.Despite numerous calls and desperate complaints to various departments and officials of mtnl delhi i have got no response from them.I am very sorry to say but their service has been disappointing to say the least.My address is 1944 Laxmi Bai Nagar and phone no 24104781. My tel no, 27932640, broadband connection is not working from last one week, , tel.com. no, 1669 . generally connection missing for 10-15 min. after 1-2 hrs of continuous running of internet.

My broadband connection goes off abruptly. No respite despite complaing several times on telephone no.1504.No lineman/official has visited for redressal of the complaint.I just don, t know what to do. It all appears to hopless.
