[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — WRONG BILLING

Since last two months, rent for IPTV is being charge, However IPTV not installed till today. On registering compliant at MTNL website, every time its failed. at least 10 emails sent at '[protected]@bol.net.in', but no reply received.

Please rectify the bill.

MTNL — wrong bill

i have broadband connection on ph[protected] c.no. [protected] . i hve unlimited plan for internet & my usally bill is Rs 750approx .but i monthof jan they hve charged me Rs 894 without any purpose . i have reciept of payment bill
have broadband connection on ph[protected] c.no [protected] . my connection was disconnected october 2008 due to non payment. now 22april i paid all pending bills and applied for reconnection my phone line(Rs250 combo plan) but new bill no [protected] has come. and it include the amount of disconnecting period. so i am requesting you to please rectify the error and disconnect my phone and broadband connection forever. i will not responsible for any kind of payment of bill from 21april.please disconnect my connection and send correct bill to me for payment as soon as possible...
It is informed that Tri-band charge for Rs. 649/ and monthly service charges of Rs. 250/- are being included in the bill of Telephone no 22516414 in respect of Assistant Commissioner of Central Excise, Division-VIII, Core-IV, First Floor, Scope Minar, South Tower, Distt Centre Laxmi Nagar, Delhi for the month of March, 2009 and April, 2009 whereas the Tri-band connection is not connected in the above said telephone no.
You are requested to please disconnect the Tri-band connection with Telephone No. 22516414 immediately.

My telephone number is 29535257. i am carrying 599 plan for internet where 100 local calls are free. Last three months i am getting wrong bill it is showing 150-170 calls every month even thre is no call done from my phone also meter reading is wrong. I checked on line the meter reading is different what is mentioned in the bill.
Please do something. I have no idea where to register complain many time registered the complain onlin ebut nothing happened.

i have get a connection on dated 25/10/09 and we have received the following bills and date of payment as follow

25/10/2009 to 31/10/09 --- amount rs 93 -- paid dt 13/11/09
24/10/09 to 24/10/09 -- advance charges-- amount rs 500 + tax -- rs 526--paid dt-13/11/09
01/11/09 to 30/11/09 -- monthly charges- amount rs 286--paid dt 20/12/09

i have my own modam and own telephone instrument

at the time of application form, i have clearly mentioned

why curent chrges, billing dt 01/12/09 to 31/12/09, mtnl ask for an amount of

advance charges rs 500 + monthly charges .

as discussed and confirmed, without instrument security deposite rs 500 only,
why this type of charges leavy, please confirm

I am enjoying landline connection facility with broad band connection. Sir most of the time I received excess bill. This time I am very much surprise to see my bill, no.[protected] bill date 09.01.2010 telephone no.25483069, that you have shown metered call 1100 while both [husband and wife] are full day working in govt.department sothat our house to be closed full day and we are having another mobile no. Sir we use this telephone no.25483089 seldom, hence I request you to check up my billing details properly and send me also and correct my wrong bill.

I disconnected my Broadband on 30th April, 2012 for the telephone number[protected] but i just saw my bill for the month of may and i was shocked to see that you people have charged Rs.870 for Broadband which i didn't use. Secondly there used to be 100 free calls per month which you people have reduced to 5. Kindly check the discrepancies in my bill.

MTNL landline billing — Bill received on or after last date

My Delhi phone no. 25896491. I received bill on our after last date since few months thru lineman not by post. I complaint everytime to lineman & call many time to SDO. SDO never pick/receive call.
Kindly do necessary action.

Billing problem

My Internet is not working last 2 months but nobody come to resolve my problem and my Internet bill is coming per month.so I want to rebate in my bill.Becouse I would not be able to use my Internet.
I had an Incoming Call Plan with an average billing of Rs.179/- p.m.
I made a request for Senior Citizen Discount on 22/02/2016 for my Incoming Call Plan Tel No [protected].
But rather providing me discount, you have started charging me Rs. 266/-.
Also, you are sending me this billing amount as per Incoming & Outgoing Call Plan and the worst part is that my connection still has no outgoing call facility.
I hereby request you to kindly make this correction and charge me as per Incoming Call Plan with Senior Citizen Discount.
Please find attached the copy of the application submitted at your MTNL, Hauz Khas office with Age Proof.
Looking forward to a positive response from your end.

no network is coming still from previous 12 days.
My name is Navdeep i brought a Mtnl broadband in November mouth. I am using Mtnl broadband form November, My monthly bill amount excess to actual amount.they are not clearly mentioned about how many calls used for month, how many calls exceed from according to the plan discount, and they are not mentioning rate for each calls, they simply send the total bill amount is Rs.xxx much.that amount should I paid without knowing the reason, my net speed is very poor i can't use inter net & not open any site So kindly help me,
