[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint regarding landline phone no 27284422

the service wire of my landline phone no 27284422 from pole to my house is broken and is tied on the the roof of some neighbour who misuse the line i have reported this to lineman of narela exchange a lot of times but no action is being taken by him .as a result i have to pay extra. kindly remove the service wire from the existing pole to some other pole and change service wire with new.

We have 2 landline no 25322908 & 25323918. we have to submit the complaints 2 & 3 times Telephone bills not received. Please send the bills.

my phone number is 25071378 and my phone have lot of disturbance in line and i call many time to your customer care but they dont listen to me so plz help me to solve my problem as soon as possible

date 03-oct-2009 ko mene apne landline ph no. 22184516 ki complaint ki the wo ded hai or bich me line kabhi aayi to line me shour tha mene comp. ki thi comp no. 113 hai. but abhi tak ph thik nhi hua. plz ph jaldi thik kare. thanking you.
