Dear Sir/Mam,
I had purchased a Airtel digital TV (Having customer ID [protected]) before 4 months.Now from last 15-16 days, it is having a hanging problem & I am not been able to view all channels. I have already make 5 complaints to customer care but no proper service is given by the department. There are two employees of this department in Kanpur, who harris me mentaly, they told me that there is no need to call customer care no. 12150. They told me to call directly on there mobile no.s instead of calling to 12150. It clearly shows that they don't want to serve me & make themselves in safe side. There names are Mr. Kapil Pandey & Mr. Ravi. Whenever I call these people, they talk very rudely & misbehave with me.
I am not been able to view TV from last 12 days & the balance of my account is asusual deducting per day, now please tell me, who is responsible for all this ?
Now you are requested to look into this matter immidiately Please dothe needful & Take Some speedy action.

Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that my Broadband connection is not working since 06-Aug-2011. I registered my complaint at 1504 and have been continuously contacting your staff to rectify the issue but it’s not resolved till date.
I even contacted Mr. S.K Tiwari and he forwarded the call to Mr. Mahesh who in turn has also not rectified the issue.
It’s so annoying and frustrating to keep calling up these guys wasting my time and money!
Kindly let me know if this is the way it works in MTNL so that I can find a better service provider who believes in responding to customer queries!

It has been almost two years since i have taken broadband connection, it has never function continuously, the internet connection keeps dropping now and then it does not run even for five minutes. Also, the speed promised is of 2mbps which is a real joke, you only get about 56 kbps that too if you are lucky. I have complained many times to the concerned MTNL office, they have also changed the modem, but the problem is still not resolved. The customer care only gives you the complaint number but nothing happens after that, may I request somebody to address the issue please or else MTNL should close down their plans so that there are no expectations.
