TEL -[protected] I HAVE BEEN USING MTNL DELHI BROADBAND SINCE LAST 1 YEAR.OVER THE YAER MY INTERNET IS NOT CONNECTING PROPERLY .AFTER 5 MINUTS IT DO DISCONECT.I M FEED UP TO LODGING THE COMPLAINT IN 1504, 197, AND MTNL WEBSITE.NOBODY COME FOR CHEK THE PROBLEM FROM MTNL. Use Consumer Court to fulfill ur requirement. :)

Search on Internet for your area's GM, give him/her a call and explain the problem. That might help. Also go to the local exchange/ MTNL sanchaar haat and ask for Divisional Engineer and explain him the problem.
If noting happens give a call to 23356666. Its central grievances no. and lodge a complaint there. Make sure you get a complaint no for your complaint.
Good luck and lets teach the lazy MTNL ppl a lesson. Afterall its our money they ask for every month.

Dear Sir,
I have been using this connection for last 5-6 years, there were not any issue in the bigning but for last 2-3 months i am facing several problems i.g Connectivith - IP television prob etc, i have talked so many time to the customer care but each time they have promissid the problems will resolve within 24 hours. i have been listioning the very same sentences since problem exist. Do let me know what i have to do next. do i need to call/Emails to the DGM or MD, to solve out this problem. or do i dissconnect this connection. kindly revert this issue as soon as possible.

despite a fact i am an advocate the MTNL broadband officer demanded bribes from me to get uninterupted broadband service. i had lodge many legal notice and get the reply now my court case is about to settle but it take more than one year to fight against the corruption and red tapism in MTNL Delhi. no hearing what action made on corrupt officers
