I am the subscriber of MTNL using broadband connection commercial. My Telephone No. is 26668651. On 5th December 2009 my Broadband connection was disconnected. After waiting for connection, I booked my complaint through 198 vide their complaint No. 288 on 6th Dec. 2009. Uptill 23rd Dec. 2009 my broadband was not connected and complaint was in pending. On 23rd Dec. 2009, I was booked my complaint to MOC vide their complaint No.3407 and to GM Office Nehru Place also. Thenafter on 23.12.09 in the evening my broadband got connected. In the mean time I was talked to the local officers (JTOs & SDOs) regarding this complaint they give me simple answer “SERVER DOWN HAI” or “UPAR SE PROBLEM HAI” and all the connections working properly in my area. Why only my server is down. This problem looses my business because “e-payment” is my main business. So how can I pay the department’s bill and how can I fulfill the loss of my image in market.
Why should I pay the bill for this 19 days period because I have not got service in the said period. So please give the deduction in my current bill for this 19 days period.

If the Nodal Officer does resolve the issue within 10 days than file appeal with APPELLATE AUTHORITY.
