[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

dear sir,
i have been billed wrongly and quite heavily. when i inquired about the billing procedure, the call center employee told me the plan according to which i was charged and after counterchecking about my plan i found out its entirely different from the one i have been charged..now i've tried contacting almost everyone from the employees at the call center to my area account officer..half the time the phone is either dead or no one ever answers and if at all somebody answers the reply is so rude and they hung up afterwards without giving any reasonable explanations..so all in all there has to be some fault from the billing department. i request your intervention for helping in solving this problem

second time i claim 4 my gift.

From day one i m facing problem with my MTNL broadband connection. It is almost a month now. The connectivity gets disconnected every 3 to 5 minutes. The only remedy prescribed by the MTNL technical personnel is to reboot the router settings. Despite multiple complaints the problem has not yet been rectified.
HOPING for a smooth uninterrupted broadband flow SOON.

MTNL Delhi — Poor Services and no action will take on time

I have an MTNL landline connection with Broadband facility. i am fed up with doing again and again connection complaint against my broadband. Every time I received a different complaint number.
I keep complaining on their customer support 1504, But now this is routine for to do complaint and ask for technical support for repair my broadband connection, every month after 10 to 15 days there is a break of technical fault of MTNL side and my broadband goes disconnected. they usually send their line man to solve the fault but still the line man don't even know how to check the modem and server. please give me the solution. i am purely irritated with this.

Internet connection for Landline No[protected] not working. Please reslove the issue at the earliest.

MTNL — SMS Harrasment

I have received continious sms from the No.[protected] regarding purchase of shares.

I don't want any messages pls help me.

I have telephone no 22079251 and have been a subscriber to MTNL broadband's unlimited plan . I agree with most of the complainants here that there have been frequent disconnections while working on internet. Even frequent complaints dont yield any results since the persons who rarely if ever visit the site are not conversant with ther service at all. Most of the times however they inquire on telephone itself weather the phone is working or not. Its utterly frustrating that no body cares about the service and customers need.

MTNL Broadband — Broadband not working from day one

Dear Sir,

I have MTNL broadband and its not working properly so, i have complained to mtnl
MTNL guys visited my home and he said its your internal wiring problem so i have changed my whole telephone wiring from building ground to my home but still i am facing connection drop in broadband connection.


so again i have complained but MTNL 1504 service most of the times not available and no one respond

so how can i solve my problem?

MTNL Broadband — MTNL Phone No.011-28335330 - Non-provision of Broadband Internet connection despite repeated reminders

Though the above MTNL landline phone (new connection) has been installed after long wait, but the Broadband Internet connections seems to be a dream. I have been contacting MTNL personnel at 1500 and 1504 but to no avail. They passed on the responsibility on each other. Please advise.

A very poor service giving by the mtnl broadbank.The line mans are very old in their age and they are very rude in their talking.On the other hand, from the exchange branch they are giving new modems to change the old modems of the customer who are facing problems.They are making business of giving new modems to those who pays extra money to them. They change the old modems of the customers who are facing problems with the another old modem.What a business they are doing and also the service providing by the mtnl .The world's most poor broadban service.

I have been using MTNL broadband from last 5-6 years. We used to never have problems with the speed and connectivity. But from the last 15-20 days its speed has reduced drastically, I have the unlimited plan of Rs 495 with a speed o[censored]pto 320 Kbps. I used to get downloading speed of 200-250 Kbps but from few days I am getting around 15-50 Kbps. My phone number is[protected].

MTNL Broadband DSL — slow speed since long time

am holder of broadband connection on my telephone no[protected]as per plan Rs. 599/-p.m. The present speed of Net is in between 45-75 kbps which is too slow as result a lot of difficulties are being faced by me. I have already made two complaints with your office but no action has been taken by your good office till date. It is once again requested that kindly check it and get the needful done at the earliest.

MTNL Broadband — MTNL Broadband is not working Com No 7664

MTNL BROADBAND NOT WORKING FOR THE PAST 6 DAYS
I have logged a complaint for so many time but till now its not solved. My number is 27617319 Burari 110084 area. From the past 6 days they were saying some SERVER PROBLEM and I already talk in GM office but nothing happend and just doing nothing. Can anyone look into this and solve this. I would say that MTNL customer care service is very bad and slow. I am frustrated with that.
