[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

dear sir
i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last one month, some time working some time not. but now it is completely not working from last week, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now

MTNL Delhi Broadband — internet frequently on and off

I Ravi Raj Katyal is your consumer from last so many years. I have a telephone connection no 25254740 in my name with broadband facility. Unfortunately broadband service at my connection is not performing well from last two - three months. It frequently disconnected during surfing internet. I am very much disappointed as in response of my several complaints; of customer care cell seems not keen in resolving my grievance, however they are very prompt in clearing unsolved pending reports on the web site. To solve my grievance I would appreciate your interference in the matter thanks

The MTNL Broadband experience is terrible and now our BB at tel. no. 25267693 is not working for the past 15 days. Inspite of loding complaints; no MTNL person comes to rectify it; the customer care people say; you can get it disconnected if you want; we have done our best !!!.

I planning to get BB disconnected from MTNL now after being fed up from MTNL.

MTNL Broadband - Unlimited Plan — Overcharging by MTNL since July 2007

I had opted for MTNL Broadband in July 2007 towards my MTNL's landline phone number[protected] . The plan was converted to unlimited which MTNL also confirmed from their records.

However, every month their is overcharging from MTNL since July 2007.

I approached their senior officer at Laxmi Nagar and followed-up for 2 months. But no result. I was asked to lodge a complaint with their Dy GM .

It is causing me financial loss and a lot of my valuable time is also lot in this long process. Till now the problem is unresolved in MTNL billings.

Since last couple of months, most of the channels are off. And sincce last couple of weeks, cust: care numbers also not functioning.
Now really cluless, MTNL doesn't respond to IPTV queries, and no one to answer on cust: care No..

While using this Dolphin Post Paid connection, it has been very frustrating experience.The complaint on incoming & outgoing call while roaming doesn't work. No one is there to take up the matter despite waisting enough time in visiting there main offices & meeting the officials.
There are random excess billing irrespective of time period of the bill. Their customer care centre is useless.
The officials bills are not sent by post, it only that at the most 2-3 bills came as routine in the begining that is 3 years back thereafter they stopped sending that. No intimation is given on Cell by SMS. Further their website display of Dolphin bill on the the net also doesn't open for months. What a service provider ??

It is disgusting that these services should be stopped operational by these agencies as these people can not compete with private players. The consequences of their attitude is that I have stopped using this dolphin number for my use.

MTNL(Delhi), BROADBAND CONNECTION — slow downloading speed & surfing speed

sir/madam
i got mtnl braodband connection in march 2009. The plan specifies the speed of downloading and surfing which starts from 256kbps to 1mbps. I never get speed that specified speed, right now i am getting 20-25kbps downloading speed which is far away from the specified speed. while i start downloading surfing is either blocked or very slow.
I am pursuing mca and my requirment is that i always use online tutorial which helps in my studies, that's why i applied for the broadband connection, which is useful for it. the speed which i am getting is very slow for online studies.
I have registered complain several times but they are ignoring my problems.
We are authorised training center of C-DAC ACTS and we got MTNL Boradband. The experiance with them (MTNL) is terrible. They are least bothered. They dont pick up phone. If by chance someone picks up then they speak rudely. MTNL's Broadband is continuously disconnected. I appeal to people not to go for MTNL's Broadband till they improve their manners and listen to customers.
The telephone no. is[protected] the problem for past 2 weeks is - it gets disconnected very often.

My telephone no is 25211478. The speed of broadband net connection has gone very SLOW. I have complained on 1504 on 17042009. Please arrange to have the same attended to at the earliest.
Hey friends i had mtnl 256 unlimited in jan and i got speed of 100-200kbps. i was happy i dloaded almost 10 gb.
but now i get speed of 20-25 kbps i tried everything but nothing is happening, i even complaint to 1504 but nothing is happening.
plz friends i dont want to waste 1000 every month for this stupidity, so plz give me a solution.i would be greatful to u

MTNL / MTNLbroadband Service — no connection/xdsl light

my no is[protected].. iam complaining from the last 30 days about 25 times about my internet connection that there is no xdsl light .. in the custmer care .. every time they are giving me complaint no.. 40500023.. and after that no body is coming to solve the problem .. they give to me a no.. of Senior Maneger 25550909 of janak puri.. and SDO no is 28114040 and no body is picking the phn .. plz solve my problem as soon as possible ..

MTNL Mobile — Poor service & No feedback

My Mobile no. is [protected] of MTNL Mumbai. on 23rd march i had requested for Caller tune services, against which MTNL had deducted some amount from my prepaid account. They had sent me one message that Caller Tune is activated on my mobile, whereas it was not done. Thenafter many time i made compalints to 1503 MTNL represenatives On 10th April'2009 they had provided compliant reference no. [protected] to get the feedback from their caller tune dept. Sir please notetill date it is not activated & again on 24th April'2009 MTNL had deducted renewal amount of Rs.20/- for caller tune.
If service is not provided & it is under complaint, how can one deduct the renewal amount?
Please take the matter with MTNL..

Sub Correction in Tri Band charges in R/o Telephone No. 22914474

Sir,
That the undersigned submitted an application vide dairy No. 79 dt. 29.12.2008 to the Commercial Manager, MTNL, Brij Puri, Delhi 110094 for disconnection of Internet services provided at my above noted telephone.

2 That the undersinged visited the office of C.M. Brij Puri several time from 01.01.2009 to
25.01.2009 for disconnection of Internet but no action by tekan by them till 30.01.2009.On 30.01.2009 the applicant recived a call from Sanchar Hatt, Brij Puri to deposit the modem and other store item in Yamuna Vihar exchang and accordingly the modem and other items were deposit on 02.02.2009 vide S.No. 955. After submitting the store items i visited the Sanchar Hatt office Brij Puri on the same date and the entries of disconnection of Internet servises were uploded in computer vide S.No. 305 - 1986 dt 02.02.2009 and further visited the office of DE ( OutDoor ) Room No. 303 MTNL Yamuna Vihar Exchang on 07.02.2009 for further disconnection Internet and clearance of file and uploded the entries in DE ( OutDoor ) and inspite of these the undersinged has recived the bill for the M/o Feb & March 2009 including the Internet charges which have been deposited by the applicant.

3 That No use of Internet services is made from 29.12.2008 to till the disconnection of modem that is 02.02.2009, the date of submitting the store items. This can be verified from the calls record of MTNL.

4 That the MTNL is still sending me the charges bill of Internet ( upto 31.03.2009, ) which i have paid all the bills along with other charges, although the store item were deposited on 02.02.2009

5 The MTNL has excess / over charged the following amount from me

( C ) That the security charge by the MTNL for providing Internet servises may
also be refunded / adjusted.
An early action in the matter is requested.

My telephone & internet (No :[protected] has not been working since 18 april 2009. I'm too tried to do complaint in MTNL - Jor bagh Exchange. They didnot take any action in my complaint. Lineman didnot interested in his work. So my request is please convey my message that Exchange. Perhaps they would listen you.

Dear Sir,

I am very dissappointed with the service of mtnl internet connection as nobody responsing properly whenever i dial 1504 mtnl complaint no. either nobody is receiving the phone or get the reply our executives are busy and your are not in que and when luckily if any body pick up the phone then a common reply is there that we are trying, and also I filed complaints daily with the concerned persons but the position is still the same . Most of the times this problem arises and since last two weeks our internet connection is totally disturbed and since last two weeks only i could work for only one hour and it is also in so many breaks .
Kindly take some action otherwise i will have no other option except to surrender the MTNL Land Line connection with Internet connection.

I had this problem past year. The customer service is worst they wont come till weeks.My MTNL internet used to get disconnect every few minutes. I had 199 Plan. At last i had to change my plan and go to airtel and it has the best service and good net.
