[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — Network quality

I am using MTNL's broadband and my telephone no is 25084470 and for past 20 days my internet is not working and inspite of my repetitive complaints I am still waiting for action and also I would like to draw your attention toward the fact that as my broadband is not working so plz adjust the broadband tariff accordingly.

the broadband spped is very much slow than prevoius. I am not happy with this speed the connection is two slow in now a days and ver y much problem in downlad in big file. i need solution immediatelt, ples ehelp.

Could you please tell me, what's going on with the network of MTNL, For last 3 days there is no network at all and before that there are problems like cross-connection, problem with voice clarity. Please do something. And also its very very difficult to contact a customer care center.
MTNL is loosing its reputation.

I hope you people will do something.

I am living in M.Vihar PH-III and today there is no access to network though my mobile list the Dolphin in search networks. This is poor and rediculus. I am using this connection for long years and unable to change the service due to the number being given to all of my contacts. Waiting for number retaining system, 1st september 2009.
