I have requested for a new connection for Broadband on 25th May 2012 and you have executive has collected the money of 500/- on 30th May 2012, I have informed to the customer care on the same issue twice, but they said there is some scarcity of some component, but till now this scarcity issue has not been solved, Kindly look into it on urgent basis.
