Dear Sir / Madam [protected]

I have purchase new connection[protected] but till date not working in internet.
I have many times asked to MTNL office but there is no response he is asking to me your connection is ready for next day and another next day. But internet not starts till date.

Sir please helps me and please get the action for this complaint.
