Complaints made all genuine. MTNL staff has a most lethargic approach towards doing their work for which they get paid. My telephone was shifted from Sarita Vihar (Ph No[protected] to CR Park (Ph No[protected] on 30 April 2011. I had broad band connection at Sarita Vihar but MTNL though given me the phone connection, has still not given me the broad band connection. As a result I have no internet access for the last 25 days. I am told that that the people at Kidwai Nagar Cannought Place are not responding. I would like to know why is delay taking place? Are the concerned people looking for bribe to do the job?

[protected]. I have been facing problem with my internet connection since last 15 to 20 Days. On my modem the DSL light was blinking all the time. I have lodge complaint about the problem many time but every time the customer care executive gives me the assurance that your fault has been rectified with 24 Hrs. But not it passed 20 days, and the problem still continue. 4 days past an engineer also comes to my residence and he checked the modem and by changing something in the IP the internet was start running and he said now your internet is OK and he signed the complaint form that the problem was resolved. But at night again the same problem comes. the DSL light blinking again and again the internet stops working. After that I again complaint many times but no one comes to my residence to check the internet. I also directly contact to the SDO of Rajouri Garden and they also just gives me the assurance.
Now I am fed-up with the MTNL Internet service and I m thinking to switch to some private operators.
