Dear Sir, Greetings to you. I am registerd with you to pay my home land line telephone bill via ICICIVBP. Telephone number[protected]. Last more then six month i am receiving following message from your bank:- Insufficiant credit limit to cover the bill amount.Request you to make a payment for Rs.419/- due on 30/09/09. Because of my trust with the bank, i belive the bank will pay my bill, it is not six month. I disconnect once my phone and intrnet connection. Then only i came to know the bank didnot pay my bill amount. My credit limit is available more then 10 times of this amount required. Kindly check my card balance. I lost my confidence, kindly cancell my ICICVBP facilities. Thanking you. Arputharaj. the amt of broadband for the month of march 10 of telephone no.[protected] is excess billing .
I have used only 243 MB but the bill shows amt of bill rent is 141 excess billing.This is a broadband complaint not excess calling complaint.

Personal — telephone billing
The telephone bill,bill no.41170376, consumer no.852000 for the month March, dated 8-April 2010 has been paid on 29/5/2010 but it is not showing paid status. myself Anil Barnwal having triband connection No.25192292 got the bill for month April 2010 Rs.6130 and was paid. the net is showing the bill Rs.5407./= Again for the month of May 2010 I got bill Rs1356/= But the net is showing this bill Rs 504/= I do not understand that why there is difference I mailed to customer care but Idid not get any answer. Telephone Bill — Telephone bill amount
Respected sir,Greetings!!!!! I am regular user of Reliance communications for the last two years...Without any information I was disconnected of my outgoing facility today. I am really not upset that they disconnected. My compalin is that after calling the reliance help line on *222 i spoke to three differnt customer support guys who told me that if I PAID AN INTERIM AMOUNT OF Rs.1000/- my phone would be activated. I did the necessary and as promised by them that the same would get active in half an hour nothing happened. I called up and then to find out that they say that i should have paid Rs1,300/- My usage according to them is high and even my bills are soaring high. I have three connections of Reliance, one net connect so in total i have four connections in total, Now for a pedly amount of Rs.300 they will not activate my phone. TRAI regulations are very clear for all service providers that - NO SERVICE PROVIDER CAN DISCONNECT SERVICES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND NOT DEFENETLY FOR A SMALL AMOUNT. It is all about ethics and these guys have taken the whole country to ransom by doing all this. I strongly object to such behaviourial attitudes from service providers. It is because of the common man that they keep themselves floating.
I would defenetly like to drag the reliance guys to court and expect complete support from your end. I am sure that as an individual and as a citizen of the country that is so proud of its rich culture and heritage and many other values I will expect only JUSTICE.

Personal — Telephone bill amount is very high
Dear Sir,Sub: Excess amount of bill – Reg.
I would like to inform you that I applied for a broadband connection in Chidambaram around three months back with a 500C monthly plan. I got the connection on end of March 2008. My plan offered night unlimited (2 am to 8 am) and Down load & upload Limit (GB) is 1.5GB. I utilized within this limit. To my disappointment my May 2008 month bill was Rs. 1086/- which is impossible. My day usage has never exceeded that much. I utilized day usage 0.9GB only. They are charging my night usage which is eventually free of cost.
