we have a connection of Garuda Phone no[protected]. We are facing lot of problem in service. 1Whenever we complained on customer care either server is not working or complaint no not given. 2 Normally calls are dropped if the phone is not in charging mode, how a person can keep this phone charging mode for 24 hours 3whenever calls received-or when to call calls are dropped frequently sometime in few seconds/ or in 1-2 minutes resulting irritation also increase in billing or using our mobile. who is to compensate? 4.My wife approached Sanchar hatt at dilshad garden they are not solving the problem nor registering any complaint, rather sending my wife 2 km away to Exchange at Dilshad Garden. There also nobody listen and she has to go desk by desk. We fell not only harassed but unlucky have such service from such PSU. I am a PSU officer so I favour PSU's. But such a harassment.
