MTNL Delhi — Broadband not working

I have reloaded the windows and from that time I'm not able to connect to internet on my PC.

sometimes internet works, but most of the time it doesn't, complained many times but to no avail.linesmen come solve the problem, but after one day it again stops working.it has been one year since I am facing this problem.complained thru 1504, complained in Badli exchange, but the problem is still there. I am Manish Jain using Broadband connection of MTNL and my tel. no. is[protected].and cosumer No. is [protected].I am not satisfied with ur service.On Friday ( 02.01.2009) and Saturday ( 03.01.2009) I called on 1504, your executive pick the phone, i told him my problem and he dissconnect the phoneline.after i tried many times but no one could pick the phone.and same thing happening on saturday ( 03.01.2009)Is this behaviour you do with your customer. do you know How mentally stretch I was feel, Now my Internet is not working, On Monday (05.01.2009), I call on Area manager no. [protected] he gave me other no. of Mr. Narender Kumar[protected], He give me other number and disconnect the phone, after that he didn't received my call again, Now I have more than 5 no. but noone want to written my cmplaint. the no. are[protected], 27157545, 27922900, [protected], 20559990, 1504, 1500, 23351858,[protected], and i have send them mail also no response.
If MTNL can't give services, than its should close the MTNL services.

My internet connection slow and keeps on disconnecting
I am using MTNL BROADBAND CONNECTION (TELEPHONE Number:[protected] with 256kbps i changes my plan to unlimited plan and it is worse and i been cheated.The speed is slow and every time i have to download messags while pulling out all the wires from Modem and push again while again and again to re-start the P/C.
I did changes my plan from October 2008.It is now worse AND evey time i have to complaint for slow speed and disconnection
earlier i recomended so may people but now i am at mess.No body listen and only complaint attended and the story remains same.
The service is all time worse.

This is regarding my complaint which i registered for my broadband connection.I am a subscriber of your MTNL triband, landline and MTNL Trump also.I am completely dissatisfied, frustrated and fed up of the service provided by the MTNL Delhi staff, for my boradband connection.I am using this broadband connection for last 8 months and landline for last 10+ years. Since i have taken your broadband connection for my house use, as my children are studying in higher standards, it has not been working properly.Then time since i have opted for the broadband that is last 8 months, my net has worked hardly for 2 months, though i have regulary paid my bills on time.
I have regulary registered complaints for my broadband but neva received any satisfactory step from your side. And if received, that was also temprory. And this time i literally fed up off your system.
I registered a complaint on 24th of march that my net isn't working properly and my adsl light isnt getting fixed.It is getting disconnected again and again. Aftr 2 dayz when i dint get any technical response from your side, then i again logged a complaint on 26th of march.But as usual again i dint get any response.Then i decided to visit SDO office of my area which is Near mother dairy mayur vihar phase 2 as i am living in trilokpuri. But after reaching there i was quite shocked because SDO wasnt present there in office working hours and niether he was on leave.He was present but not on the duty. Still i managed to register the same complaint there regarding my problem and they told me that it would be solved out with in one day.But today is 31st of march and still i have not seen any of the MTNL employee, let it be Line man, techincal engineer or anyone to solve out my problem.When i tried to approach these peoples on my own their response was so rude and shocking. They clearly denied that they have not received any of the complaints on my number.So i again called SDO and yet another time he replied that he isnt in his office and he asked me to call him back after 1 hour, which i did but then he picked up the call and disconnected.After that i tried to contact my area manager but he also didn't pick the call as always.So on 31/03/2009 once again i have registered another complaint for the same.This has been a limit and its getting over now. I am writting this mail to get proper and satisfactory action against all of these authorities along with the settlement of my net connection.I have been a very sincere and responsible consumer of yours and expects to get the proper treatment.I believe in MTNL customer care and expects to get justice for my case. I am providing all the details of mine as well as the authorities who behaved in such a childish manner. please have a look and solve the problem as soon as possible.Otherwise being a consumer i have other options to get satisfactory results as well.

I have been complaining to MTNL technical support IVR and tehnical support service for the last 3 weeks regarding my internet not workin. I have been told by all the technical support agents that my broadband modem needs to be replaced. I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks now and have received a few calls from the technical support advising me that the modem would be replaced today and tommorow and the next day and this has been happening for the last 1 week. Till date no one has come over to replace the modem. I had called a few times more and i was told that this has been escalated as an urgent request but till date no one has come over to replace the modem. I have been doing the payment for MTNL and Broad band service on time but after this last payment i would not be doing the payment for the broadband service for the next month as my internet was not working. I have also escalated this matter to the MTNL office in Green park and no response from anyone so far. What can i do? Please help.

I have to inform you that i have faced the problem since last 10 days . i have complaint many times but no response i met with the our Area Manager Name ( Pooja ) but she didn't any kind of help. plz help me i am very disappointed last 10 days our line man are also using very bad language he said to me if you come to our exchange with the modem then i went he said to me your modem is out of order but he doesnt help and said you should go nehru place plz help us. I shall highly oblige to you.

my mtnl broadband connection is not working from 8 days.

I have mtnl connection vide tele no. 28033604 with broad band. For the last one month the system is not working properly and telephone remains out of order. After lodging so many complanints mtnl do not bother to rectify the defects.

It is once against requested to kindly rectify the fault otherwise disconnect the line and taked away your instruments. There are so many other options available in the market.

I am facing problem with my braodband connection many times it got down many complains were done regarding the problem, lineman come and solve the problem but after visiting the palce gain connection goes down, many times problem is informed to the RM but no benifit kindly please take a action to get this problem resoved permanently the frequency of the problem is 10 times in a month.

tell lineman to direct your telephone line...and hey mtnl broadband works like superman does...thats the problem i had and mine is fixed by directing the line from pole to my home...
