MTNL Delhi — excess bill

please check my volume download of jun 10., it excess so please recheck and and my bill and adujst in the next month. i am attaching the download vol
total vol used 416 mb in the bill it is shown as 505 mb so 89 mb extra bill is shown

My phone number is[protected] and consumner no. [protected]. This phone was dead from 15.11.2010 to 02.12.2010. and that time MTNL wan on strike. and the broadband tariff has been changed from 1st of april i.e trib 250 combo

Please rectify the bill and inform me after that I will deposit the amount.

my phone no is [protected] dead from about 4 months on their site they showing closed but still bill details are there what should i do,complaint is already registered.
