I have surrendered my Dolphin sim Mob no.[protected] on 08.07.2009. My Dolphin sim is post paid. SIM NO.[protected]. The amount of deposit made by me at the time of taking sim at Dolphin Office is not refunded even after 9 months. NO one is to respond. Please lookinto the grivance and arrange to send the refund cheque to my address given at the time of surrendering. i.e. House NO. 20 Block No. 2 SBM Colony Srirampura II stage Mysore 570023. m.t.n.l. dolphin — non receipt of security deposits

I hae permanently got disconnection my dolphin connection no.[protected] and all the bills have also been paid till 28.10.2009. Also submitted a letter for refund of seuciryt with mtnl Rohini Sector 3 office. The staff is very rude.

It is requested to kindly send my all deposit i,.e, secirity and S.T.D security deposit at the earliest possible.

I have surrender my No. [protected], and at time of payment they promised me to send the cheque within 3 months. but still have not recieved my money back. if the company is not in a mood to refund why they promise to pay in 3 months.
