I have got my mtnl dolphin connection converted into prepaid from postpaid(dolphin to trumph) .The no. is [protected] and also submitted an application for refund of security at IdgahTelephone Exchange, Karol Baghon 22 march 2010. All the bills have been paid till date. It is requested to kindly refund my security at the earliest possible.
