i m using MTNL Doldhin connection and facing alot of network problems

Dear Sir,
i am a surgeon working in a big Govt Hospital of Delhi .i took a prepaid connection of dolphin before one and a half months, Suddenly my services are debarred for unknown reasons .i would like to know that if any of my patient suffers or dies due to lack of communication then who will be held responsible .
i seriously urge MTNL customer care team to look into the matter .My no is [protected]

Whenever I try to call [protected] from a roaming location, I get a stock reply that "this facility is not available to my phone". When I try to contacy this number thru a VCC Card I get the same response! i.e. " this facility is not available to your phone.

MTNL TRUMP — Croos Connection and call drop

I am subscriber of MTNL Trump mobile no [protected]. I am complaining to MTNL since last 2-3 months regarding call drop and cross connection but nothing has been done till now. I am suffering a great deal of mental harrassment as the people calling on my mobile number gets connected to another number and hear abuses and expletive language.

Are MTNL GARUDA, MTNL, and MTNL DOLPHIN the same or the different service providers.

I WANT TO COMPLAINT ABOUT MY DOLPHIN CONNECTION. MTNL HAVE VERY POOR NETWORK COVERAGE. MY MOBILE IS IN NO NETWORK COVERAGE MODE ALMOST ALL THE TIME . I DONT KNOW TO GET RID OF THIS PROBLEM. AUTHORITIES ARE NOT DOING T HEIR DUTIES PROPERLY. I WANT CONCERN AUTHORITIES LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS PROBLEM.

I am having MTNL Dolphin No.[protected] more than 10 years ago. On 11th of Dec' 2013 my phone has been lost as a result I have stopped my SIM on the same day at 10.00PM. I have submitted relevant papers in the Jor Bagh Sanchar Haat on 13.12.2013 at 02.00 PM. The executive has told me that the number will start automatically within the 24 hrs. I am very much regret to say that till date on 14.12.2013 0645 PM my telephone is still not connected. I am helpless to contact anywhere as I am 63 years retired Director from the Government services. My alternate number is[protected]. Please consider my problem as early as possible.

Not receiving Internet speed

Sir my ADSL goes down every 5 months.. I have been paying my bill regularly but still not receiving proper connection.

I am having MTNL Dolphin mobile no [protected] for more that 10 years. I lived in Pitampura, Delhi-35 ( North ) and having a connectivity problem since last three months. Some time it shows full signal and some time not. Always say that out of reach or out of coverage area in spite of full signal for incoming and outgoing calls. Kindly consider my problem and get me out of that.
