WITH REFERENCE TO THE ABOVE, WITH REGRET, THIS IS TO INFORM YOUR GOOD SELVES THAT, I HAD BEEN DISRUPTED & MANTELLY HARRESED BY THE MTNL SERVICES.
AT FIRST INSTANCE, MY COMPLAINT WHICH I MADE ON[protected] WAS NOT BEING ADHEARED BY THE RESPECTICVE PERSON INCHARGE FROM[protected] TO[protected] TILL 5 P.M. AND IN FACT THE SAME HAD BEEN INTIMATED TO THE DGM’S OFICE & GM’S OFFICE MRS. NIAR P.A. TO GM HAD BEEN INFORMED ACORDINGLY THE PROBLEM AND SHE ASSURED ME THAT THE COMPLAINT WILL BE RESOLVED INN 24-HRS.ON[protected]. BUT ALL IN VAIN.
UP ON THE STRUGGLING EFFORTS FROM MY SIDE ON[protected] @ 5P.M. TO FIND OUT WHERE IT IS GOING WRONG AND HOW TO GET THE THINGS RIGHT I MADE FOLLOWING CALLS….
1. PH: 28054433 DGM’S OFFICE WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED ABOUT THE COMPLAINT BUT AS SUCH THE DGM SHRI KATYAL IS ON LEAVE THE OPERATOR JUST TOOK MY PLEEA AND FORWARDED TO THE CONCERN DEPT. BUT NO ACTION..
2. PH: 28012345 GM’SOFFICE, P.A.TO GM MRS NIAR WAS NOT CONTACTABLE SO THE OPERATOR GAVE ME THE NUMBER OF OTHER DGM MR. SHARMA PH 28616600 BUT COULD NOT BE CONTACTED AS THE TIME WAS 5:30P.M.+, BUT GMS OPEARTOR GAVE ME OTHER NO MF. MR. CHAWAN – TRIBAND INCHARGE, PH 28662400 AND FORTUNATELY I COULD TALK TO HIM BUT HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT SIR 5:30 IS ALREADY PASED NOBODY IS AVAILABLE NOW – I TOLD MR CHAWAN THAT IT IS NOT MY LOOKOUT, IT IS YOUR MATTER.
3. [protected] MORNING 10 A.M. I MADE CALL AGAIN TO DGM’S OFFICE BUT THE SAME REPLY THE DGM IS ON LEAVE AND THE OTHER DGM SIR SHRI SHARMA HAS NOT YET COME TO OFFICE, SO I CALLED UP THE GM’S OFFICE WHERE I HAD A WORD WITH MRS.NIAR, BUT SHE WAS ALSO NOT PRESENT TODAY AS SHE IS NOT KEEPING WELL SO I HAD BEEN DIRECTED TO MR. CHAWAN – TRIBAND INCHARGE & MR YADAV D.E. PH 28012000 / 28082000, UP ON HAVING WORD WITH THE D.E.
HE REPLIOED THAT THERE IS SOM RACK PROBLEM SINCE LAST ONE WEEK & WE ARE TRYING TO SORT OUT THE SAME,
SO I CHECKED WITH HIM ABOUT ANY ALTERNATE SOLUTIONS IN SUCH A BREAK OR PROLOMNGED REPAIR WORK,
HE COULD NOT REPLY TO THE QUERRY.
4. NOW AT LAST THE TECHNO MAN FOR TRI BAND (BADGE NO. 57923) MR.I.R.YADAV CAME TO MY PLACE @ 2.45P.M. AND WITH IN NO TIME HE SORTED OUT THE PROBLEM AS DESCRIBED AS DNP – I HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT THE DNP.
NOW AS A MATTER OF THE I HAVE BEEN MENTALLY HARESSED BY MTNL DEPT AND DUE TO WHICH MY BLOOD PRESURE SHOOT-OP TOO SO WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HEALTH & MENTAL AGONY AND I HEREBY PUT A CLAIM FORWARD OF RS.1,50,0000/- AS ACOMPENSATION OF LOSS TOWARDS THE HEALTH & MENTAL HARESSMENT OTHER LOS OF PROFIT IN MY BUSINES TOO.
PLEASE TAKETHIS MATER TO YOUR UTMOST SERIOUSNES AND REVERT BACK WITH SOME SOLUTION AT YOUR EARLIEST.

We are a citizen of India and leaving in Delhi since birth are facing problem with MTNL services. It is 6 months and we have been struggling to get a problem rectified with our Broadband connection, however, no one at our regional office of MTNL – Sanchaar Haat has taken any action.

sir these connection is not working proparly, i am tying all steps but my connection is not working properly, sir i am also worked MTNL brodband installation somting two year in the rohini secter 9
rajapur exchange under virender kumar gupta and harbeer singh SDO, sir i have lote of knoladge of
bordband ADSL connection but my connection is not working properlly i am tolk to 1514 and 1504
custemr care but he is ask me your port is fulty becuse your port is now working howai but your howai port is not working proply if your port is configured erextion port then your internet is working proparly
sir plz my port is configured erextion port.
If the Nodal Officer does resolve the issue within 10 days than file appeal with APPELLATE AUTHORITY.
