Dear Sir/Madam,
Last year in Oct'2010 i was shifted from Delhi to Mumbai and after this i had called to dolphine customer care 1503 please disconnect or suspend my number as i was shifted from Delhi to Mumbai and send me the final bill so that i could have arrange to make the payment. But as per customer care representative i have to submitted this sim card phyically to MTNL office and give the request for disconnection and we could not help you in this regard and also during asking to intraction number/Request number they have denied to provide me.
Further as on date this card is not suspended and month by month my mobile amount is increasing. So requesting you to please help us to short out this issue and in this period i was not visited Delhi else i will fullfill his requirement.
Please help me on this.
