MTNL Dolphin Services — POSTPAID BILLS SENT TO BE SENT ON MAIL ID

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that while taking postpaid connection of Dolphin MTNL Postpaid i asked from the company to provide the monthly bill on my mail id but now it is almost more than 6 month till now it has not been done.
i have asked many times to customer care to send a copy of bill on my mail id but till now it has not been done.

Dear Sir,

my mobile no is [protected], i have not recd mobile bill month of apr'09, may'09, june'09, & july'09.
for that i have many time complain to your customer services. they are not take any action.

pls do needful.
