[Resolved] MTNL — Excess Billing | |||
this is to inform u that i m using mtnl landline service for last 20 years...... but i have never experience such problem of excess billing, as MTNL is very reputed company, this is unexpectable.... I had changed my plan from regular to freedom 495 on 28th April 2012. but i have been over charged since then i.e. May-June month.... I request to concerned authority to take some pace action or i have to disconnect my connection soon... , my telephone no is 27795855, i m using mtnl triband,i had got the bill of Rs 37662 for using internet for billing period of 20/04/2011 to 31/05/2011, i have one computer and i m not a tech savy , i had gone to the office of mtnl. but they are telling u have used this much mbs , i dont understand how can bill go upto 37000. kindly help me out.
