[Resolved]  MTNL - Garuda Fixed Wll Wireless Handsets — Ingenuine warrantty...

Hi,

I am a troubled user of the MTNL Garuda Fixed WLL phones. The troubles are multi fold...
- The Charger does not work;
- If the charger works the phone refuses...
- If both work, then the network is a problem... (all this is hardware issue)
- U go to the local MTNL exchange they openly tell you that the replacing is not a sensible choice cause what we have to offer is even worse then existing. So u are forced to make an informed and intelligent decision of not replacing and to continue with the crappy hardware you are stuck with. The phones offered as replacment are the one's returned by other troubled subscribers... hopefully repaired...
- The call center only exist to tell you that for all the problems pleas ego to the nearest MTNL exchange...
