I am fedup of calling the people at the MTNL office in BANDRA KURLA complex for my payment updations.
No one picks up the call at any number. I have been trying to call the account officer as well but to no avail. Some 2 to 3 payment of my MTNL GARUDA BILL (Pnone no[protected] which I made through cheques have not yet been updated.
I was instructed to send a FAX of my bank statements as a proof of my PAYMENTS. I have sent the faxes twice at 3 different numbers 2 months ago. But nothing has been done for the same.
Also 1 fax was sent through the MTNL customer care centre at NAUPADA, THANE(WEST) to the DAO.
Even after that noone bothered to update my payments.
I went to the CHARAI, THANE(West) office of MTNL but still noone helped me.
I have been running from pillar to post to get my payments updated.
Now even after paying the bills my INCOMING n OUTGOING is barred.
Kindly Help me. N see to it that some serious action is taken for this DERELICTION OF DUTY. Was this information helpful? |
