[Resolved]  MTNL Garuda Walky Phone — Internet problem

garuda telecom — internet

i got garuda internet connection (rs 300 for unlimited)
but the connection brokes very frequently they didnt told me this earlier
now i am fed up of this and want to take some other providers connection but they say they will not return the Rs 650 rejistration charges
i want them to solve the problem or return my whole fee i deposited

I suggest you file complaint under TELECOM CONSUMERS PROTECTION AND REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES REGULATIONS, 2007 with the NODAL OFFICER.

If the Nodal Officer does resolve the issue within 10 days than file appeal with APPELLATE AUTHORITY.
