[Resolved]  MTNL Internet Connection — internet speed very slow

sir,
i have using mtnl internet connection last few years but right now i am facing speed problemb my net speed show is 160.137 kbps this is very poor. i have been complaint on 1504 details as under;
dated complaint no.
05-04-11 63300034
16-06-11 63300075
20-06-11 63300033

and also to area manager on dated 23-06-11 complaint no.04 but no response right now. please take a necessary step regarding above said otherwise only one option in my hand service provider change.
