I AM WRITING THIS MAIL TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT INSPITE OF THE COMPLAINTS BEING MADE IN THE MTNL COMPLAINT SYSTEM NO ONE VISITS THE PREMISES ON TIME AND OUR NUMBERS DON'T WORK PROPERLY AND WE ARE HAVING TOTAL OF 8 MTNL NUMBERS WORKING AT OUR RESIDENCE WHICH ARE AS FOLLOWED[protected] LANDLINE WITH BROADBAND WITH VOIP NUMBER[protected]LANDLINE WITH BROADBAND[protected]LANDLINE WITH BROADBAND[protected]MTNL IPTV[protected]MTNL IPTV[protected]MTNL IPTV[protected]MTNL IPTV) AND WHEN AREA GM MR B K TIWARI IS CONTACTED ON HIS NUMBER [protected] IN THIS REGARD AND WHEN I WENT TO HIS OFFICE TO MEEET HIM AND TELL HIM MY PROBLEM HE STRAIGHT AWAY GIVE ME A REPLY THAT KINDLY DISCONNECT YOUR NUMBERS AS WE WILL BE ALSO HAPPY AND YOU WILL ALSO NOT HAVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR NUMBERS BECAUSE DEPARTMENT HAS A LOGIC OF ATTRACTING CUSTOMERS AND WHEN CUSTOMERS GET ATTRACTED FOR SERVICES THEN THEY JUST FILL THEIR POCKETS WITH MONEY WITH THE JOINT VENTURE OF THEIR COMPANY WITH OUR DEPARTMENT AND THEN THEY DON'T LISTEN TO ANYONE . Iptv not working properly
I have taken a connection of iptv through MTNL about 3months before, but I never seen and enjoy this properly, because every time I face a connection problems like "waiting signal", stop the telecast and after two minutes it begins automatically. Some times " Page could not found, please check the network connection" appears on screen. I have logged so many complaints to Aksh Optifiber Ltd and MTNL and every time get consolations. Some times customer care executive says" we forwarded your complian to MTNL for checking the line. etc. . I don't know who is responsible

my nos is [protected]...my iptv connection is worst...and no action is took against it..even security deposit is not returned back...the operators say that they are forwrding complaints...they lie everytime that the engineer will come today or tommorrow but no one arrives...we are suffering from a month...plz do revert back with positive action...
