My Name is Rashmi Ranjan and I am the resident of Janakpuri,New Delhi for more than 3yrs now.I am the customer of MTNL for close to 3yrs now. I shifted my rented accomodation from C4F block Jankapuri to C6A Janakpuri on 10th Nov,2011.On 19th Nov,2011 I made a written request to the District center branch,Janakpuri of MTNL for transferring the landline and the internet connection to the new address.
To my surprise, no one from MTNL visited till 27th Nov,2011 to my residence.Once, I complained to the customer care and was later directed to the Area Manager office where the lady who picks the call started handling my case and till date she has made me call to several people whom she hold responsible for the delay in my case.
There is no dialtone, wifi is also off/on several times.
I am fadeup of this service.
What to do???
Pls, help me out.
