[Resolved] MTNL — Excessive Bill | |||
Hi Team, It is to bring into to you kind notice that I have been charged rupees 900 as breakage charge in bill number [protected].I don’t understand why these charges have been implemented on me.i was using MTNL broadband but I decided to disconnect the broadband because I was facing access issue because of the modem and other apparatus as they were faulty and 2nd handed.I complained about it several times as during the time of installation of broadband at my home and all the devices were not the new but they where already used one and i told them not to install those 2nd hand devices but i was told that MTNL has stopped making the devices so they are installing old devices .And all the devices got faulty one by one within few days.After that someone came to replace them with other 2nd hand device .Because of these old devices I suffered for almost 3 months and I was paying for nothing at all and if you check my data report for last two months before I decided to stop the services you will find it only few bytes have been downloaded as your 2nd hand devices were faulty and not running at all.And when I disconnected my broadband i mentioned same reason as well.Now what is more disappointing is that I have been charged 900 bucks as breakage charges as those devices where already faulty and 2nd hand and every lineman or executives know this truth but still I have been charged. I want you to please look into this issue as i felt cheated by MTNL and please revoke the charges. My details are given below.
