MTNL Delhi landline phone — phone not working

Dear Sir i have mtnl delhi land line ph 27614436 it not working 7th of april 2009 i have many complaint to the department but no response.

we have made the complaint of 26983943 C337/34 batala house since four days back we also spoke to Mr sukhbir singh also but no use we are very disappoint sir

my landline no is not working dis time. so i m suffer to problam.

My phone is not working properly. It works with noisy disturbance. Some times it get disconnected automatically when call comes first time after one ring. After second ringit get connected. Because of this my internet connection also gets disconnected. Please look in to a matter and resolve problem as early as possible.

I am a resident of Krishna Nagar(East Delhi). Our MTNL Landline phone is not working for more than 2 days now. Noone came for resolution of the same till now. What kind of services MTNL is providing to its subscribers - I am suprised at the action of MTNL.
Phone is not working more than 3-4 times in a month and bills is also not proper.We do not make more than 50 calls in a month but bill also show us more than 200 calls.
