The customer service number[protected] issues complaint number every time you call up. But there is no follow-up and no status report. I have been given 6 numbers from customer services to do follow-up myself. All these are either busy or out of service or person picks up and says this is not my responsibility.
Over and above I have received the telephone bill despite of no services offered.
Please help me to punish them officially for their poor services.
