MTNL — Landline connection not working for more than 2 months.

My Land-line number is[protected]. The phone line is out of order for more than 2 months. Despite repeated complaints and calls, no action has been taken till date. We are utterly disappointed with the MTNL services. I request you to kindly look into the matter and work on it seriously and effectively. I hope this complaint brings an effective result. My latest complaint number is 824 Thanks Manju Kapil ( Saket, New Delhi)
