[Resolved]  MTNL - Landline Phone With Broadband — Phone Dead & Internet not working since 1 month

my internet and phone connection is not working since 15 days. my phone no is 25010005 and consumer no is [protected]. please take some action.

I suggest you file complaint under TELECOM CONSUMERS PROTECTION AND REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES REGULATIONS, 2007 with the NODAL OFFICER.

If the Nodal Officer does resolve the issue within 10 days than file appeal with APPELLATE AUTHORITY.

MTNL — Phone Died and broadband internet connection is not working

Hi,

My number is 25332771.Ten days before I have register my complain for internet and telephone.MTNL people visited one time and told us this problem is from backend. we will correct that.

Now I have tried every Helpline number of MTNL. Either they put on my call on hold. I have tried 20 times to register my call. In the end a lady pick the call and told me this is the technical problem. In this way once again I am loosing my interests on MTNL services.


Please help.

Hi,

My number is 22754896ys before I have register my complain for internet and telephone.MTNL people visited one time and told us this problem is from backend. we will correct that.

MTNL / Landline with broadband — Landline dead for near a month

Hi All,

I have already complained multiple times to the MTNL - Mira Road ( East ) branch but found no response from their side.

The details of the complaints are as follows :

Complaint no.1 : Date : 30/4/12, It was filled with the help of message for telephone no. 28107971 with Dkt. no "2421"

Complaint no. 2 : Date : 9/5/15, It was filled in the MTNL office itself of Miraroad East branch having complaint no. 9787

So I request you to please look into these issue and help us get the positive response from there side as this is hampering our work drastically.
