MTNL (Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. .) — Internet is not working

My internet is not working from last 10 days, I have complaint many times but there was no response, I have forwarded this mail to Area Manager and General Manager but there was also no response. And he will sent my bill for complete month. Before that my downloading speed was very slow I have complaint many times approximate two months but still same. My broadband Number is[protected]

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. — internet not working

Since last week I am compalining about the triband problem, but no one is responding properly.
They are sending us the billl but they are not taking any action against our complaint. Customer support is very poor.
