(Subject): Modam ADSL light Down: MY LANDLINE NUMBER Is[protected] {Area Mtnl Badli Telephone Exchange} Hello sir, I have new broadband connection from 19 July, 2013. My MTNL ADSL light not stable from same days when take a new internet connection, After One day ADSL light totally down and my Internet connection is not working. My mtnl number is[protected]. I have many times calls in mtnl customer care center but they not solve this problem. Everyone gives a new number to me and suggests me to speak to someone or the other as they can’t do anything. I have raised many complaint, repeated complaint but no action taken by MTNL side. I am facing very difficulty and work loses without broad band and also received MTNL bill for last month by SMS. I request you will look into the matter and get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
