MTNL MT882 — Broadband Speed Complaint

Sir,

Mera Tel.no.25265256 hai sir meri broadband ki speed kafi kam hai. Mera 599 unlimited plan hai jo meine January mein liya tha . is plan ke acc hame 2 Mb/sec ki speed batai gayi thi. Aur hame 256kb/sec . ke hisab se hame mil rahi hai.Maine kai bar mntl bbroadband service par ohone bhi nmilay par koi jawab nahi mila . lekin hame Hamare plan ke according spped milni chaiye .
kirpa karke hamre broadband ki speed badhaiye nahi to hamare piase sevice charges ke saath lota di jiye hum apke bade aabhari honge

arre yr believe me my download speed is even slow than yours its only 26.4kbps.
i have comboo500 plan with 2mbps download speed advice me how can i get 256kbps

MTNL/MT882 — Broad Band

I have registered a lot of complaints to repair the broad band connection as the internet is not working, my phone no. is 27916471, on calling the customer care no. 1504 the person was saying call to your area do not disturb also using very ruff language.
