[Resolved]  MTNL Mumbai — 4 days downtime on mtnl( Service)

Problem: 4 days downtime on mtnl( service)

Four Days story:-

Day 1(from night 1:20AM): my internet is totally down; then it working on 2:00PM but only for 45min.-1hour.
I called care center(1504) about i can't access internet from night they write the complaint and gave me docket no. until night i can't access internet.

Day 2: Next day, i got call from mtnl and they told me that there is line problem and he promise me to send line man. within 3 hours i got call from Line-man; He confirmed that there is no line problem. after sometime i called Care Center and then then told there is server down it will be soon working. and then also gave me another docket no. but i already have docket no. then she said that it is your new docket no. until night i can't access internet.

Day 3: Next day, i called Care Center and then then told there is server down it will be soon working. and then also give me another docket no. but i already have docket no. then she said that it is your new docket no. for night access internet for 3-4hours but disconnecting by second or minute or hour/s.

Day 4(Today): And today, i got called from MTNL early morning " Apka Internet kaam kar Raha he!" and i told them i haven't checked. after 10min. they called "Apka Internet kaam kar Raha he!" and i told them "i have to check internet for hours" then she immediately disconnect the call.

For now i can access internet but it disconnecting most of time and middle while i online for 1hours luckily. On evening i called Care Center and asked about my Internet is little better now but frequently disconnecting. and then He said call to 198 which is for only if telephone line is dead not for The Internet(i called on this service No. on Day 3). and i got early called from this service He told me that "Apka Telephone Band Hai Kya", i said "I can't Access The Internet" and then He just said "Triaband ha.." and He immediately disconnect call.

Day 4 continue- Again i call Care Center and there is Women and i heard same angry voice women which women already shouted me before 2months, without any reason and now again he picked up call after 35sec.-1minutes she said hello(normally most o[censored]sing this procedure;so, i preferred to wait) and i just asked about why there is Long-Time for saying hello and She just said i busy in another call and i just said OK. and then I just starts saying about my complaint and She get angry and asking me who are You asking about this. and i moved to my topic without saying anything and She asked my telephone no. and i said her wait for second and she gets again angry and asking me "Apka Number Apko Malum Nahi Hai Kya!" and I just said it's my new number and she don't wanted to moved from this issue and she saying "blah..blah...blah" and then i just said her to it's not your work(Problem) and She automatically moved to past issue and she said "i will put down call immediately and i will not register your complaint when she said this and i thought that i have to disconnect call because she will not help anymore i think".

then again i call Care Center there is men and he is talking well and i told my problem about i can't access internet and he just said i forwarded the complaint to the tech. dept. and you have to wait for one day again.

i paid for Night Unlimited internet Rs.849 for growing my knowledge for carrier which is expensive for my family and with this kind of Service that have downtime and Angry customer service and unqualified technical management is not accepted.

and with night plan i have to miss my night sleep for this service.

I think TRI has to make strict policy and before giving license for ISP'.

i got my internet connection just two days back and have been facing the same problem of connection terminating abruptly ever since. First i had to wait for 40 days to get a connection after booking for it and now finally when i have got one i can't even check my mail as it keeps disconnecting automatically after every 2-3minutes. This is really frustrating. MTNL's call center guys lack basic skills and seem totally disinterested while listening to the complaints. Even more frustrating is the fact that they keep giving me a new no. to call to. This has been my experience ever since i first called them up to check my booking status. To be frank now i regret having opted for the MTNL broadband service. I should have gone for the cablenet service or the sify service instead. Though i would have had to shell out a bit more, the quality of connection and customer care would have been worth it and the best thing is that i would not have had to put up with this mtnl bull .
