MTNL Mumbai — Complaint Re: Automatic Recharge Deduction | |||||
Dear Sir, I had a conversation with MTNL customer care service that how to port from MTNL to other services provider. They told me to send a message "Port_Mobile no" to 1900. That time I didnt had enough balance in my sim. I Recharged my mobile with Rs. 10 and after that the full amount of recharge automatically deducted. I dont know the reason why this happened. After that I contacted MTNL Customer Care & Service Center. But they refused to inform me the reason why they deducted that amount. They just kept saying on every call that they'll revert back to us after getting the exact information how this happened. But they didnt called me back anytime. So now I want my balance back to my mobile and a proper reason why they deducted my balance. MTNL MUMBAI — Outgoing telephone line disconnected in spite of good payment
My telephone bills have been regularly paid till previous months, last payment date for this month is 31st May, 2011. Still the outgoing line has been disconnected. This has heppened also in the past - MTNL office Saki Vihar office, Mumbai - Niraj PMTNL — non recharge
i had recharged Rs 223/- two times on 4.8.12 in my mtnl no.[protected] through credit card but this amount not credited in my mobile and debited from my credit card. txn no- 004401and order no.[protected]. so,please settle this claim. Unwanted the balance is deducting from my sim card [protected] and I cal to customer care they r telling u have send a message and one message cost is 5 Rs. but i have not send any message and One message cost 5 Rs. these only wrong and making fool to people bt MTNL
