My telephone No. 28803626 at residence is out of order constantly (i.e. once in a week or 10 days). This is happening for the last 5 years !! On complaint, your technician used to come and attend; to my surprise agan after a week it is out of order.

This is to request MTNL to do something on permanent basis as I am tired of making complaints at regular intervals for the last 5 years !!.

Phone is dead since yesterday and internet was not working since last friday.
When phone was working, D-link modems 3 lights glowing and data light (ppp) was not glowing. Thinking that there may be problem with old modem, installed new modem but no luck. My mobile no. is[protected].

Dea Sir,

For last one month our landline is not working (Tel. No.[protected]/4593, Tribhuvan Co-op. Hsg Society, New Tilak Nagar, Chembur, Mumbai - 89). First their was cross connection, disturbance in the line. After doing several complain by phone & mail (Ref. No. 78320) the MTNL persons tried to solve the problem, but hardly one day the phone was working (29.3.10). Now again it is dead. Please look into the matter on urgent basis, as old persons and small childrens are at home, it is not possible to communicate with them as we are leaving for office in the morning and coming late in the evening. Exams are going on of the childrens. If the phone is working we give a ring at landline and come to know what the childrens are doing.

For last 1 week my landline no.[protected] is dead also line disturbence & cross connection fault from last 6 months, i comlaint please check & change the line/ cable.

otherwise i want to disconnect my mtnl line & i purchase any other landline facility.
