[Resolved] MTNL Mumbai — PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE | |||
Dear Sir, I hereby wish to lodge a complaint against MTNL Mumbai for treating their customers in the most disgusting manner. I booked Triband ADSL connection on thier infamous 1500 helpline. They activated a wrong plan and when I called them to log my complaint, I was given a total run around. They asked me to write an application to correct the error they have committed and visit the exchange personally. Each time I called them I was rudely asked to talk to a different department as my complaint did not fall under their perview. Till date I am helplessly waiting for someone to call & resolve my issue. If that was not over, to my shock I noticed the speed that was promised of 2 Mbps proved to be false. It keeps oscillating between 350 kbps to 1.34 Mbps. Please assist and intervene. Was this information helpful? | |||

i agree with u sir mtnl has pathetic customer service they speak as if they are doing some favour by providing me internet service and as if i am getting it for free of charge disgusting and shameful the department shud be called customer non service instead of customer service

MTNL MUMBAI — Pathetic Service
using MTNL from the past several years but not even able to register online complain . MTNL itself seems doesn't update their customers data so how can one expect proper service from them.32%
