MTNL, Mumbai — Online recharge facility

Dear Sirs,
MTNL is such a big and old company and is one of the mobile service providers catering to many consumers in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
They also have a website that provides for online recharge of its service known as TRUMP.(A prepaid mobile service).
There website has been dysfunctional for a long time now and thus their customers (I too being one of them) are forced to go for alternative methods.
Can they please get the website "http://mtnlmumbai.in/index.php/online-services/misc/mobile-recharge" rectified and fcilitate their own customers?
