[Resolved] MTNL, Mumbai - Trump Online Recharge — Online recharged amount not credited in talktime nor refunded back.

Dear Sir,

We had recharged our MTNL Trump Mobile No.[protected] online vide our HDFC Bank Credit Card for Rs.125 /- on 18.10.10. The transcation was successful and Transcation ID was TPSL 98005.

On 01.11.10, we lodged a complaint ( Complaint No. CC [protected] ) with the customer care, since the amount paid online was not credited to our talktime nor the amount refunded back, every time we were given different answers when we called up the customer care.

On 10.11.10, we sent an E-Mail to [protected]@mtnl.net.in giving details of our problem, but till date there is no response from MTNL.

We request you to kindly help us, and do the needful.

I have made a complaint regarding my Trump recharge on 25.10.2011, till today 28.10.2011, no action has been taken, . I have recharged thru citibank credit card for Rs. 100/- on 25.10.2011 approval no given by Citibank is
791245 and complaint no given by MTNL helpline is 404092 . Requesting the MTNL persons to attend to my complaint at the earliest.

MTNL — AMOUNT NOT CREDITED TO MY NO

I recharged my MTNL no [protected] on Paytm through net banking for Rs 300, My A/c was debited same time but my no is not credited with the amount recharged yet .. In this regard I have spoken to Customer Care and the person told me to send a mail... Hoping for the expedite action .. Thanks

but i have not yet recd. talk time till time. Received message from HDFC Bank about debiting Rs. 200 SMS as follow:

HDFC BANK PRABHADEVI DEBIT CARD ENDING 6017 for Rs. 200.00 in SBIPG at MTNL MUMBAI-BD on[protected] :09.47.29
