I have been using Mtnl for the last 7 years... I'm using the unlimited download plan . I used to get good speed of about 200 - 210kbps. But since two months I'm getting very low speed of 20 - 25kbps.
I tried online help at 1504 at least 100 times (Check records) but no response, of lately all they say is put complaint at 198, The guy calls and asks Is phone working and disconnects the call. It's foolish on their part to direct the broadband complaints to phone not working category.
I hope this forum is not just a archival forum with no action whatsoever. Please put us all out of misery. Was this information helpful? |
I am having a MTNL broadband connection, from last 1 month it is not working properly, I have registered my complaint at the MTNL office, customer care and also at the Govt website http://www.consumercourt.in but still no reply. All the Govt department are same either they are MTNL or consumer court people.
